  • Implementation of Global and India HR Policies
  • HR Analytics and Reporting, responsible for HR metrics - Headcount report, attrition report, exit analysis, Organization structure, absenteeism etc.
  • Managing HR Audits
  • Provide support and advice on employee relations matters, managing disciplinary action process
  • Day to day grievance handling
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team
  • Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training
  • Provide coaching to People Managers to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions and monitor progress

How you’ll spend your day

1. Compliance & Quality
Ensure and mitigate quality risks and strengthen strong quality culture.
Handle site project-related statutory compliances and review it.

2.Project Management, Capex & Engineering
Plan and implement projects, also define project scope, goals and deliverables. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Create project schedule - timeline, define projects tasks and required resources. Allocate project resources of vendor and manage company project team.
Manage site project budget and its spending as per commitment, also prepare yearly project AOP.
Track deliverables, monitor and report on project progress. Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs, Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the closure of projects within the approved budget.
Tracking & Monitoring of Capital Project Compliances.

3. Facility Management
Maintaining the facility and overseeing the daily administrative operations.
Creating and maintaining budgets for maintenance, repairs and contracts.
Oversee the cleaning, landscaping, Secuirity, Transportation, Telecom & Canteen services.
Oversee building projects and renovations.
Manage maintenance and staffing budgets.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
Develop and maintain a vendor base for a cost-efficient procurement of inventory.
Renewal of Annual service & AMC contracts in best prices.


4.Team Manager, Engineering Excellence
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Manage reporties and their performance. Review from time to time with them and lead annual performance review.
Assists in development and monitoring implementation of Project Excellence policies, procedures, and processes.
Monitors performance of the Projects against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Proven experience working across functions in complex, global organizations; pharma or regulated industries an advantage.

The Manager, Complex Gx, Regulatory Affairs is responsible for the supervision, preparation, critical review, and submission of high quality regulatory submissions—both pre- and post-approval—for U.S. FDA-regulated sterile complex generic products. The manager evaluates complex regulatory issues and provides accurate and timely recommendations and alternatives, as needed, to his/her supervisor. The manager serves as team leader for projects and is responsible for overseeing the evaluation of change controls. He/she will help to establish regulatory strategies for submissions and manage document deliverables to ensure submission targets are met while adhering to appropriate regulations and guidance’s. The manager will oversee any/all regulatory or team databases and trackers and will accurately update them when changes are required. The primary responsibilities of the Manager include the preparation and compilation of original applications, amendments, deficiency responses, postapproval supplements, and training of regulatory staff.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Independently support the preparation, review, and compilation of regulatory submissions (original applications, supplements, and responses) for sterile complex generic products.
  • Support early FDA engagement to align on development strategy, reduce regulatory risk, and support first-cycle approvals.
  • Support regulatory assessments and decision-making for significant changes, including site transfers and alternate API sourcing.
  • Ensure submission documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with FDA regulations, promoting a Right-First-Time approach to maximize first-cycle approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, QA, Manufacturing) to resolve regulatory challenges and streamline processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and introduce innovative solutions to enhance regulatory efficiency.

Your experience and qualifications
  • Pharm D/BS in a scientific discipline or equivalent education and related experience
  • Master’s degree in RA/QA discipline, preferably in Pharma.
  • Minimum 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience required; 5+ years Regulatory Affairs experience with sterile products required, coupled with 2 years analytical/QC, R&D/laboratory or production experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of ICH and FDA guidelines
  • Demonstrates the ability to evaluate regulatory documents and determine appropriate action.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
