As a Construction Manager, you will be playing a critical role in managing and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with members of the Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, and Plant Operations departments from install through start of production. This role will supervise all on-site construction including scheduling of trade contractors, vendor tool installations, resolving day to day construction issues, performing day to day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule and budget.

• Must be experienced in reading, interpreting, and implementing Contract Documents and Specifications. • Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience

• Support commissioning engineer throughout project life cycle (pre-design, design, construction, and start-up phase) to ensure electrical system functions in accordance with the design intent and Plant Operation requirements
  
• Lead new installation inspection prior to equipment start-up and ensure installation meets National Electrical Code, state and local building code, and Tesla standards
  
• Produce as-built drawings markups for delivery to the design team for Record drawing preparation
  
• Install, terminates, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical equipment, components and raceway utilizing technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  
• Consulting manuals, reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematic, and blueprints
  
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and components

• Technical Degree in Electrician, Electrical or Electronic, or equivalent experience
  
• Completion of electrician apprenticeship program or working towards it
  
• 3-5 years of experience as a hands-on technician or related field working on electrical equipment and material installation
  
• In-depth knowledge in Lock-out-tag-out and isolating electrical hazard
  
• Working knowledge of electrical systems up to 480VAC
  
• Working knowledge in using hand tools, multi-meters, and testing equipment
  
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
  

• Utilize advanced welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on multiple materials to ensure strong and durable fittings and assemblies
  
• Analyze technical drawings and schematics to plan and execute installations accurately, ensuring all specifications meet project requirements
  
• Fabricate and assemble piping systems piping structures and components, adhering strictly to the outlined specifications and tolerances necessary for operational success
  
• Conduct inspections for quality on welds and installations to verify compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  
• Take on additional construction duties as needed to ensure project timelines are met, collaborating effectively with other trades and team members within the department

• Serve as a liaison between manufacturing and design teams to support design development and tool vendor coordination
• Design reviews (primarily tool utility connections and interconnections), focused on constructability opportunities and validating tool and room requirements
• Develop, communicate, and improve upon site logistics and project plans; this includes understanding construction and startup systems sequences, determining laydown requirements, negotiating scope delineations between vendor and factory teams, planning for crane operations, supporting tool delivery coordination, and confirming tool move-in strategy
