· Supports Parts Advisors to achieve KPIs including, but not limited to, customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and cost savings.

· Monitor performance consistently and be responsible for quality within your team, motivate, lead, and inspire the team in continuous improvements and efficiencies. Support from other locations is required.

· Conduct regular one-to-ones and feedback sessions with team members, providing constructive and clear coaching and following up on development training and any personnel cases. Identify any roadblocks disturbing workflow and ensure that everyone has the tools and training to perform their role successfully

· Ensure that parts standards and available procedures are up-to-date, accurate and that all work is compliant

· Manage complex escalations together with your team, confidently resolving and defusing difficult conversations across all communication channels

· Accountable for end-to-end completeness of inventory from, from receiving to fulfillment and invoicing/consumption. Partner closely with the service manager to guarantee we service our customers’ cars efficiently and seamlessly, ensuring parts are available and escalations process are properly followed.

· Liaise daily with internal teams within the Service Centre including Service & Delivery and local Senior Management

· Accurately record parts transactions and data into the system, maintaining excellent attention to detail and escalating any issues

· Knowledge or proven experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.

· Proven ability to lead by example, motivate the team, engage and facilitate others to achieve and succeed.

· Be innovative with processes and efficiencies. Fix problems when they arise, but also understand why and how they happened.

· Ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems.

· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt your style dependent on whom you’re interacting with.

· Able to communicate effectively in the English language, Swedish is a plus.

· Must have and continue to maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record.

· Ability to travel approximately 60% within the supervisory/region accountable.

• Door handles (this is a Tesla specific repair, it is good to know how this is performed)
• Wiper blade replacements
• 4 Wheel alignment (understanding to know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
• Drive unit replacements (this is a Tesla specific repair, it is good to know how this is performed)
• Basic diagnostics
• Body adjustments
• Operate a variety of hand, power and shop tools

• Active high school education with Automotive as an orientation, or, any other active or recently completed higher vocational education with Automotive as an orientation
• Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
• Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
• Fluency in English language is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
• Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
• Driver’s license with a safe driving record preferred
• Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)

• Coordinate repairs in accordance with new and used warranty guidelines and specifications
• Determine if technical solution can be resolved remotely, over the phone, or requires technician work.
• Communicate with customers through text, calls, email or other internal communications to provide service status, scheduling updates, payments and answer questions
• Coordinate scheduling of customers to hour block windows to ensure maximum throughput and routing of mobile service technicians
• Respond to roadside requests to coordinate the servicing of customer vehicles.
• Plan with service leadership for any PTO, vehicle downtime/maintenance and adjustment of vehicles on road to meet/exceed customer demand
• Available to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

• Relevant experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent service, preferably from a technical/ automotive environment
• Strong understanding of parts process, warranty, and ability to translate technical knowledge into customer friendly language both written and verbally
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills over phone, email, and SMS in English and preferably Swedish
• Ability to address and defuse difficult conversations and customer conflict
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to details
• Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, 2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history
