• Work with the Marketing Programs Lead in Europe and other marketing team members to develop targeted strategies and execute activities that enable the Tesla Residential Energy channel sales teams and our partners to hit their sales targets, esp. in Germany, but also across the region

• You are responsible for developing and executing Tesla Energy’s email marketing strategy nurturing leads. This includes defining the topic calendar per country, ensuring adequate targeting, timely deployments and analysis of results.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) works with our Finance and Business leadership team, and other subgroups to:

• Lead Tesla’s P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecast process, including reviewing with Tesla’s Leadership and Board of Directors and working with finance and non-finance stakeholders to analyze the impact of proposed business decisions

You’ll be part of the EMEA Energy EHS team, which is a vital team for Tesla’s success in the region. Working directly for the Energy EHS lead, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence change by developing programs and improving our internal processes. More specifically, you’ll assist the Megapack, Supercharger, and Field Service teams with EHS-related activities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You’ll be a critical support for further establishing EHS as a reliable team in this region. As such, you’ll help drive programs that improve safety and efficiency with our contractors, learn about existing and emerging markets, and develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
