Creative Asset Development: Deliver high-quality visual materials for digital channels and printed assets
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Tesla’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all markets and channels
Localised Design: Adapt global creative concepts to meet market-specific needs, ensuring relevance while preserving brand integrity. This will include adding localised copy to campaign assets to meet market needs
Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver visually impactful solutions
Asset Management: Organise and maintain the creative asset library to ensure efficient access to and reuse of design materials
Trend Awareness: Stay informed of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate the quality of Tesla’s creative output
Feedback Integration: Work with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of assets that meet business requirements and creative standards
What You’ll Bring
Enrolled in education related to Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field for the whole internship period
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma and other collaborative design tools is a plus
Good understanding of branding principles, typography, layout, colour theory, and composition to ensure consistency across all materials
Familiarity with cultural nuances, design trends and market preferences across EMEA
Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Level C1 in English (verbal and written) and able to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Some experience in graphic design preferred - a portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print
