What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and refine classroom, virtual classroom, online, and self-paced training programs for customer experience, sales, service, leadership and other roles.
  • Own multiple instructional design projects from beginning to end, flexing as needed within the fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
  • Create course outlines, storyboards, and scripts that meet the learning objectives.
  • Partner with project managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the design process to ensure that the business need is fully understood and addressed by the learning program.
  • Organise multiple course modules, lessons, and materials into clear and cohesive curricula.
  • Identify and build content delivery strategies that provide the best learning experience.
  • Ensure training metrics that measure the success of the projects are identified and measured before, during, and after implementation.
  • Work with global teams and to gather content and build localised training for local implementation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience developing online training and performance improvement materials
  • Experience with e-Learning authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or similar products
  • Project management, self-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience maintaining or updating course material within a learning management system preferred
  • Expected to challenge assumptions, be open to feedback and new ideas, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs through a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite development software a plus
  • Excellent writer, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
