About This Role

Department Overview:

This position is part of the Enterprise Deployment Management and Governance group, with responsibilities to directly contribute to environment and platform stability through alignment to Bank's IT Policy, while simultaneously enabling Business and Technology to achieve mutual goals in safe, compliant, and efficient manner. The team achieves this through Change Management, Data Integrity, IT Support, Deployment and Deployment Management, and Reporting and Analytics working in tandem.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER

  • Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation liaising with business and technology partners as appropriate
  • Service applications / systems and provide a level of application/ systems/ operational availability that meets or exceeds established standards/service levels, while minimizing operational risk
  • Partner with key stakeholders to schedule packaging and release new applications in a timely manner; reduce change execution times by planning implementations with parallel work streams
  • Continuously strive to improve the stability of production environment by partnering closely with key stakeholders on setting up, maintaining and monitoringapplications/systems,ensuring availability targets are met
  • Provide effective day-to-day support for applications/systems through accurate problem identification and timely resolution of production issues; perform controlled and timely resolution of incidents while prioritizing and monitoring client satisfaction

  • Design, review, and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations
  • Identify and address application and data issues and cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect application integrity

  • Act as partner in scheduling, packaging and releasing new applications and manage all application releases according to approved governance and gating criteria
  • Develop understanding of technical aspects of project / break-fix development related to the application and provide advice/guidance to Developers and Solution Designers
  • Responsible for incident management (2nd level), monthly maintenance, state of health monitoring, and SLA maintenance
  • Provide effective day-to-day production support for applications through accurate problem identification and timely resolution of production issues
  • Perform incident management role (communicator, tracker, escalator, driver, etc.) for outages; communicate to clients during service outages
  • Improve stability of the production environment by assisting in setting up, maintaining and monitoring applications/system


SHAREHOLDER

  • Monitor system lifecycles, ensuring specifications and functionality support business objectives and architecture decisions, undertaking re-development, as required
  • May monitor the performance of the environment by using meaningful metrics
  • Provide Disaster Recovery support by assisting in defining / reviewing disaster recovery plans and by participating in testing
  • Assess and analyze optimization opportunities to the operational environment to improve performance and/or resource utilization
  • Ensure effective change management discipline is use
  • Adhere to existing processes/standards, business technology architecture, risk and production capacity guidelines; plan, monitor and escalate issues as required
  • Follow standards, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and applicable Business Recovery Plans (BRP)
  • Identify/implement process improvements to enhance revenue, customer experience and/or reduce costs

The Treasury Product Manager (VP/DIR) role will focus on developing strategies to grow revenue with a portfolio of clients in Latin America. Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client portfolio with end to end understanding of client’s banknote activity exceeding portfolio growth goals; including executing buy and sell foreign banknotes (cash) transactions in accordance with business objectives, client needs and established limits for Banknote clients.

  • Identifying solutions to client needs as requested or as a result of needs analysis.

  • Schedule and perform client portfolio reviews while exploring cross sell opportunities.

  • Produce pricing/cost benefit models for instituting effective pricing management initiatives.

  • Partner with GPS sales to manage the sales pipeline; ensuring deals are properly advanced.

  • Accountable for accuracy of banknotes related data within related tracking systems.

  • Work with other key stakeholders such as GPS Sales, Credit, Compliance and Operations to manage client relationships, business development and process improvements.

  • Understand and apply the bank’s risk framework when dealing with clients.

  • Liaise with transportation agents to coordinate shipments and negotiate competitive pricing.

  • Support global inventory management and balance sheet functions for the Global Banknote business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in the Global Banknotes market (preferred).

  • Fluency in Spanish both verbal and written is required.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong knowledge of foreign currency banknotes and foreign exchange including pricing, FX rate calculation and transportation logistics.

  • Strong mathematical and data analytic skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Mentor the Level 3 Desktop Support team, providing guidance on Incidents Including Windows and Mac OS

  • End to end support for Windows OS and Mac OS in a production environment – Managing escalated incidents from Service Desk Level 1/2, LoB business partners, technical leadership, and application owners.

  • Oversee the review, analysis, and evaluation of information technology systems and change controls, leveraging a wide breadth of concepts, practices, and tools.

  • Proactively identify and remediate issues as needed to ensure compliance and security. Lead team in proactive remediation efforts.

  • Provide expert technical guidance as SME. Provide complextroubleshooting/problemresolution to clients, team members, and project teams.

  • Identify root causes of issues and implement targeted, controlled remediation plans. Lead and mentor team on implementation and rollout development.

  • Utilize strong communication, analysis, and coaching skills to enhance team performance and collaboration.

Job Requirements:
  • The candidate must hold a range of broad technical knowledge of IT infrastructure

  • Subject matter expert (SME) in Windows desktop technologies. Deep understanding of the windows operating system in an enterprise environment.

  • PowerShell scripting– working knowledge and experience in reading and writing scripts

  • Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure as it applies to end user devices

    • Azure / AD

    • GPO / Intune

    • SCCM / MECM

  • Skills and discipline to keep systems patched, monitored, and performing optimally.

  • SCCM experience with understanding of configuration baselines, OSD, and deployments

  • Excellent oral and written communications, able to work independently and effectively communicate with team.

  • Ability to troubleshoot OS at an in-depth level using various tooling. Expertise troubleshooting MS Windows OS, hardware/driver and application issues

  • Knowledge to support Mac OS in an enterprise setting.

  • Strong leadership, creative problem-solving, planning and organization skills

  • Able to troubleshoot web application issues at a high-level using tooling and debugging

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. IT Certifications a Plus

  • 6+ years experience supporting and engineering Windows Operating system at Level 3+ involvement

  • Extensive experience in technical and application support within an enterprise environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams.

  • Expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex technical issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and achieve strategic goals.

  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, incidents, and projects simultaneously.
