As the Sales Support Specialist, you will manage key aspects of Global Sales Operations, including onboarding and compliance requirements for prospective and new clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer records to meet compliance standards and assisting the Sales team in preparing and collecting necessary documentation.

Basic Qualifications

  • A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including coordination in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
  • Expertise in data management, including the ability to perform mass updates and clean the current CRM database while understanding dependencies and downstream impacts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, or a related area.
  • More than 3 years of experience using CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while working independently.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced organization and to create scalable visions and structures.
  • Motivated self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Extensive experience in prioritizing deliverables and tasks.

  • The pay range for this position is$53,760 - $92,160. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
