Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains a strong customer relationship and works to be recognized as a Trusted Advisor providing unbiased guidance, ensuring empowerment of the customer team

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s STEM Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math and / or equivalent experience in the field of technology.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic national language
  • Equivalent experience in the field of technology is defined as 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP either on cloud, platform, application technology (BASIS), solution, app programming or development. Preferred SAP HANA, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform experience, Artificial or real-time intelligence, machine learning, automation experience
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism, and is highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills

for the EMEA region, you will bring your business expertise in the area of SAP supply chain planning processes and related solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand generation initiatives for this solution across EMEA, as well as developing the associated pipeline. As a subject matter expert, you will guide and support sales teams in their customer engagements and pipeline development activities. You will maintain close relationships with the Solution Marketing and Engineering teams to stay informed about the latest product developments. What you'll do

  • Expertise in negotiating key provisions of cloud agreements, such as data privacy, security, artificial intelligence, compliance/regulatory issues, and indemnities and limitation of liability clauses.
  • Proven experience in providing legal counsel to sales teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills.
  • Active membership in at least one state bar.

LOCATION

  • Must be hybrid, with at least three days per week onsite at a U.S. location near an SAP office—preferably in Atlanta, Newtown Square, or Chicago.
