The Role:

What you bring :

• Familiarity with SAP system administration tools of NetWeaver and non-NetWeaver based systems.

• Solid experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions: Installations, migrations, upgrades, and operations for large/complex environments.
• Good knowledge of the entire SAP technology stack: NetWeaver, database, operating system (Linux, HANA, ASE)

The Challenge/Job

· Analyst/Researcher working side by side with Corporate Strategy to support and improve our global Customer Loyalty survey programs by leveraging Qualtrics, Python, DataBricks and other tools collect, analyze and present research findings across the business to drive action. (Primary Focus)

A Day in the Life

· As an Analyst/Researcher, you will analyze survey response data to understand key customer successes and pain points. You will summarize these stories into actionable insights via PowerPoint and other data visualization tools. You will also support Qualtrics operations (survey updates, workflows, ticketing, dashboards) to ensure accurate data collection and drive close-the-loop activities.
