    • Analyze KPIs and conduct comprehensive report to CS management.
  • Sales Support Management:
    • Main contact of CS Sales Support management to stakeholders.
    • Execution to CS sales products: Service Package (B2C, B2B, SC+), Value-Added Services.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Set up model of data analysis for overall CS operation report and dashboard.
    • Improve accuracy of data and avoid abnormal or mis-matching claims.
    • Study CS operation productivity improvement based on data analysis.
  • Operation Planning:
    • Execution to CS processes, policies to improve CS service quality and sales support.
    • Set up model of market sensing to report with CS management for operation planning and development strategy.

• Deliver monthly/ quarterly Sales target via Joint Business Plan with allocated resources and coming product line-up planning
• Budget management: control allocated budget ratio with most effective schemes, control sell-in, sell-thru, sell-out
• Analyze the sales data, the competitor's information, handle and resolve issues
• Co-marketing & Promotion: budget management, planning with customer, in-store promotion deployment, channel marketing, floor-salesman incentive scheme.
• Build up strong Sales Fundamentals & Scorecard for evaluation (Sales growth, Sales Forecast, In-house share, Stock supply, Credit, Payment process & Operational issues)
• Manage strong Field Force team of Retail team leaders and product specialist in assigned customer stores.

• Work closely with Samsung SCM, Logistics, PM, Marcom, RMCE, CS, and BM team for smooth and effective operation.
