Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:​

• Manage day-to-day operational needs and requests.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate purchasing kitchen equipment that need replacement before out of service.
• Maintain vendor employee meal fund system.
• Assist with coordination of company-wide events.
• Develop Café Operational plans while working closely with Café Management team.
• Gain customer feedback and prepare necessary action plans to make continual improvements.
• Maintain and track café management team monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual collectables.
• Conduct regular audits at nights or weekends depending on company needs.
• Support Retail Amenities Store operations, total of 6-7 businesses providing services onsite.​

Role and Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership within the Raw Materials team in the following areas:
1. People management
- Responsible for direct supervision of one or more buyers and/or materials technicians. Includes day to day operational management of work product and deliverables; setting and managing performance to goals; performance reviews; effective management of days of inventory (shortage/overage prevention, scrap management); price negotiation and management; and support for excursions as needed
2.Administrative/Tactical
- KPI/MBO/reporting tasks to Management through Executive level

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum # Years Required:

• 4 year degree required, Business/Supply Chain or related discipline preferred

• 5+ years experience in Procurement/SCM role

• Inventory management for RM Global materials, including PO issuing, days of stock management, logistics coordination and troubleshooting.

• Undergraduate degree in Business/Supply Chain Management (ideal);Chemical/Mechanical/MaterialEngineering, or other related field.

• Strong proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel); previous experience with ERP and inventory management systems strongly preferred.

• Strong communication (verbal & written), data analysis, and time management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Korean language fluency required (written and spoken).
