As a Junior Marketing Manager, You will play a key role in supporting the Strategy and Innovation Manager in the development and implementation of strategic and innovative projects across Samsung business & initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects in accordance with the needs of the organization. Working closely with a variety of internal and external partners, you will ensure the successful implementation of the defined roadmap.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day coordination and timely delivery of marketing and sales projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Brief and manage creative agencies in the development and execution of customer-facing campaigns, event materials, and non-standard solutions.

  • Oversee the content strategy and delivery for the SmartThings e-commerce education platform, including educational assets and product storytelling.

  • Support and co-lead internal education initiatives around SmartThings, helping to build internal knowledge and sales readiness.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Retail, Sales (B2B & B2C), Legal, Procurement, and other teams to deliver consistent and compliant marketing outputs.

  • Monitor ongoing activities, analyze KPIs via analytics tools and dashboards, and generate actionable reports and insights.

  • Coordinate content development for social media and PR channels—ensuring brand tone, innovation focus, and engagement goals are met.

  • Support marketing efforts in retail, including SmartThings in-store installations, customer experience solutions, and coordination with field trainers.

  • Prepare project presentations.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Your key responsibilities

  • Actively planning and taking actions on data management as part of the European headquarter of Retail.

  • Understanding the change and focus of business and market landscape, proposing data points and collection strategies

  • Implementing data accumulation through internal/external resources, analysing data, and presenting data screenshots and insights with data-driven analysis

  • Analyse retail data, extracted from the offline retail critical metrics by each Samsung Europe subsidiary such as Sellout, Product Run rate, Market Share and customer engagement rates.

  • Finding and presenting root cause and opportunities in retail

  • Monitor and audit data quality. Develop further Retail universe and new reporting processes.

  • Prepare and present reports and for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools (Data dashboards+ visualisations)

  • Work closely with subs’ retail teams to coordinate retail initiatives / standard processes and secure support needed for stronger execution

  • Close alignment with the senior management to ensure the projects are delivered in line with the overall business objectives, timelines and within budgets

  • Develop concise and consolidated strategic reports for senior management, VP and above, to promote the team’s strategy and project plans

  • Present regular insights from the Retail Universe findings to Head of Retail D2C and collaborators.

  • Report to D2C store data inc Footfall, sellout, conversion and Sales per sq ft within agreed cadence.

  • Manage mystery shopping, NPS and insights across D2C Retail

  • Monitor and report, costs, budgets inc Opex + indirect costs against key trackers

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience working in Retail Operation & analysis, product sales, use of data platform and reporting analysis tools

  • Position requires related experience in the field retails sales operation

  • Ability to pay attention to detail, communicate well and be highly organised are essential

  • Experience in statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques with the ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations

  • Strong analytical, numerical skills and presenting Skills.

What does success look like?

  • Monitoring subs’ retail important metrics and finding the issues and insights regularly

  • Regular reporting of European retail meaningful metrics

  • Collect action items to drive quick-fix by working with subsidiaries’ retail team
