Repair Tracking & Monitoring
- Track and monitor end-to-end repair statuses across service partners and internal systems
- Identify delays or bottlenecks in repair processes and escalate when needed
- Ensure repair status data is accurate, up-to-date and aligns with SLA and KPI requirements.
Operational Reporting and Analysis
- Create and maintain regular reporting(daily/weekly/monthly)on repair tracking
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends
- Support operational decision-making with real-time data and analysis
Technical Support & Partner communication
- Act as first line support for system related issues raised by service partners
- Service as the main point of contact for service partners regarding system issues and operational clarifications and classification
- Guide partners on proper system usage, reporting requirements, and compliance with repair process standards

Role and Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and management to a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers, guiding the development of advanced CV, ML, DL, and generative AI algorithms for camera systems and photo enhancement features.
Drive the innovation and execution of algorithms for image & video processing, image restoration object recognition, and scene understanding, pushing the boundaries of camera performance.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning and deep learning projects, from ideation and research to product deployment, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Samsung to integrate ML/DL algorithms into hardware and software platforms, ensuring successful product development and deployment.
Lead the optimization of large-scale machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs), and apply parameter-efficient techniques to improve performance.

Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of industry experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, or related fields, with a strong track record in delivering ML solutions to production.
Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including mentoring and professional development of team members.
Expertise in developing and deploying ML/DL-based software applications for camera systems, image processing, or video analysis.
Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and advanced optimization techniques.
Strong applied software engineering skills, with experience in agile methodologies and quality-driven development practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaborations and manage relationships across engineering, product, and business teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field , with a focus on machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.
Preferred:
Experience in camera / depth cameras domain
Experience in a global technology environment, with proven success in managing international teams and projects.
Expertise in generative AI and its application to multimedia processing.

• Manage revenue, expenses, and key business metrics within our international services business.
