Your Impact & Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Roadmap Design:
Attrition Reduction Strategy: Architect and own the overarching strategy for identifying and saving at-risk customers and growing stable customers. You will define the frameworks for customer health, establish data-driven programs and playbooks for engagement.
Program Roadmap: Develop and maintain a multi-quarter program roadmap, identifying and prioritizing key initiatives across technology, process refinement, and new strategic tests to continuously improve our retention capabilities.
Operational Excellence & Execution:
Operating Model Design: Develop the end-to-end operating structure for the Attrition Programs team, defining the rhythm of the business, engagement models, and rules of engagement to ensure maximum efficiency and impact.
V2MOM & Governance: Drive the development and management of the Attrition Council’s V2MOM (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, Measures), ensuring it serves as the north star for the program. You will own the execution of the operating model, monitor its effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to keep initiatives on track.
Data-Driven Insights & Executive Storytelling:
Narrative Development: Translate raw data and complex operational metrics into a clear, compelling story about the root causes of customer churn. Your primary deliverable will often be end-to-end narratives with powerful visuals for executive-level presentations.
Performance Dashboards: Build and manage a suite of performance dashboards that serve as the single source of truth for program metrics, including at-risk accounts, save rates, revenue saved, and team activity.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): Own the creation and delivery of quarterly business reviews for the CSG executive leadership team. You will synthesize program performance, strategic insights, and forward-looking recommendations into concise, high-impact presentations.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Design and implement a robust cross-functional alignment model to ensure seamless collaboration with key partners in Sales, Product, and Support, driving a unified approach to resolving customer issues.
12+ years of experience in a Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or a similar strategic role, preferably within a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.
Mastery of Executive-Level Storytelling: Proven, extensive experience building end-to-end narratives and visually compelling presentations for senior executive audiences. You must be able to transform complex information into a clear, concise, and persuasive story. A portfolio or examples of prior work may be requested.
Strategic & Operational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic plans, operating models, and governance frameworks from the ground up.
Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to dissect complex problems, identify root causes using data, and deliver actionable insights.
Leadership & Influence: Exceptional ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite executives, in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

As a Senior Product Manager for C360 Data Automation, you'll spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of consolidating our customer data into a single source of truth customer profiles within the Salesforce Data Cloud. Responsibilities
Define and run the product roadmap for Truth Profile Growth and Adoption by identifying and scaling use cases across different areas such as Sales and Customer Success.
Work with collaborators to help identify new use cases and areas to expand how we use Data Cloud. Prioritize and coordinate the launch plan.
Own requirements gathering process - create product specs that clearly identify problems, opportunities, goals, and metrics as well as use cases, and product requirements that help design and engineering teams develop solutions and measure success.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and define important metrics, measure, and report on the success of the delivered use cases and launches.
Communicate progress to collaborators, functional owners, and internal team members
Coordinate releaseannouncements/communications(Slack announcements, documentation, etc.)
Represent and be a liaison for Truth Profile for strategic projects and ad hoc requests.
Coordinate as required cross-functionally and with other teams to drive engagement.
Be the voice of the customer and work with the Data Cloud Product Management team to provide feedback and be an early adopter of newly released features and enhancements.
Represent Salesforce on Salesforce for Data Cloud for internal users and customers, working closely with Product Marketing Managers and Sales to enable/educate them on what we do and how we use Data Cloud internally to promote the product.
Be a partner to the Product Leadership in Marketing Decision Science in ensuring our growth strategy, roadmap, and deliveries meet the needs of our collaborators and company
Build and maintain strong relationships with collaborators, including customers, internal teams, and executive management, to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of professional experience, preferably handling data products from inception through launch and iteration.
Experience running large projects where multiple cross teams collaborate, have dependencies on each other with the ability to come in mid-project and lead by taking the ownership immediately.
Ability to quickly understand systems and technical concepts and an ability to jump into high-level architecture and related conversations in order to explain to Data engineers and other business partners.
Strategic problem solver who can improve both quantitative and qualitative data to inform your roadmap, and you have a curiosity about identifying both quick wins and big bets.
Experience providing enablement, product training, and technical expertise, facilitating creation and maintenance of proper product documentation, communicating work to collaborators, and participating in User discovery sessions with prospects and collaborators.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within a distributed remote and global organization.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with shown creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Experience working with remote/global teams and governance structures.
Consistent track record of delivering successful products, concurrently and at scale.
Shown ability leading scrum teams, writing detailed product/ technical requirement documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Technology -Proficiency/familiaritywith our tech stack: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
General knowledge or previous working experience/exposure to sales, sales operations, and/or B2B marketing.
Experience working with/runningcontractors/consultants
