We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Operations Specialist to manage the trafficking of campaign assets across multiple channels and teams. This role ensures that creative and content assets move smoothly from development to activation — on time, to spec, and with the right tracking in place. You’ll be the connective tissue between campaign strategists, creative teams, and activation channels (paid media, email, web, social) and partner agencies.
About the RoleOwn the trafficking process for marketing and campaign assets from brief to delivery.
Coordinate with Creative, Content, and Activation teams to confirm asset readiness, specs, and timelines.
Maintain trafficking sheets / BOMs (Bill of Materials) to provide a single source of truth for all live and planned assets.
Ensure assets are properly tagged, named, and stored for easy retrieval and accurate reporting.
Track asset status, flag risks, and drive issue resolution to keep launches on schedule.
Manage version control and ensure all final assets meet brand and channel requirements.
Partner with analytics teams to confirm assets are trackable for performance measurement.
Identify opportunities to streamline trafficking workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Host enablement sessions Marketing teams, walking them through available campaign programs and how to leverage them effectively.
Develop how-to guides, playbooks, and training materials to ensure seamless campaign adoption.
Support internal communications and updates on new campaign launches and best practices.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — you see a bottleneck coming and fix it before it slows the team down.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
3-5 years experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or trafficking in a creative/agency or in-house environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — able to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.
Familiarity with asset management systems, project management tools, and trafficking processes.
Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
Experience with paid media, email, web, or social activation a plus.

As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will drive innovation, streamline processes, and implement scalable mechanisms to enhance efficiency and productivity across the AMER Business Development organization. Our team focuses on maximizing Annual Contract Value (ACV) and organizational productivity through standardized and scalable efficiencies, achieved primarily through technology adoption, process optimization, enablement, and data utilization.
Your responsibilities include optimizing technology usage within Salesforce and external tools to drive success in Outbound BDR motions. You will proactively and reactively address challenges, identify problems, and present data-driven solutions professionally.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal business partners to create and maintain Salesforce objects and functions.
Manage and oversee open operations tickets to maintain access and uptime of our tools.
Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity across internal and external tools.
Recommend and build data visualization solutions to understand the impact and success of business initiatives.
Troubleshooting data sources (figuring out why a column is wrong or missing, etc)
Work with Sales Leaders to determine organization-wide needs and solutions.
Create rep-facing programs tied directly to business needs, focusing on improving productivity.
Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights and recommendations.
Create and deliver weekly and monthly presentations focused on organizational performance and attainment.
Produce analyses surrounding the success of programs, sales support, and technology implementations to clearly articulate impact.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency with SQL, CRM Analytics, and Tableau (Experience with Data Engineering is a plus)
Experience in quantitative analysis, g-sheets, and logical reasoning.
Proven ability to create BI dashboards and assets end-to-end.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team player with the ability to influence and work effectively at all organizational levels.
Strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented with a desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Ability to anticipate internal customer needs and solve problems.
Strong presentation skills for varied audiences.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 to $132,000. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $87,700 to $120,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 to $132,000. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $87,700 to $120,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
