Running GTM Programs for Marketing Cloud
Establish alignment programs with Sales Operations and Distribution Leaders
Drive ongoing collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Distribution Leaders, and key partner liaisons for regular Run the Business motions that ensure alignment between Marketing Cloud product and strategy and GTM to maintain pipe generation, ACV growth, customer retention, and product adoption and success
GTM Strategy & Execution:
Run a data driven GTM program that evaluates the evolving market and sales conditions and pro-actively drives decisions in alignment with key stakeholders to keep the business in the best possible position and alignment with distribution needs and execution.
Build scalable programs that create up to date and executable sales plays that represent the latest product strategy and position Marketing Cloud for ongoing growth and success
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive enablement strategy for Marketing Cloud in coordination with Product Marketing.
Ensure effective enablement of Solution Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, and Partners on Marketing Cloud products, solutions, and value propositions.
Sales & Partner Support Systems and Programs:
Manage and resolve sales escalations efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution, including using agents and AI to scale.
Develop and implement scaled Solution Engineering (SE) demo and environment programs to support sales efforts that lead Marketing Cloud into a sustainable growth phase and drive convergence to Marketing Cloud Next
Establish and optimize deal support processes for front-line sales staff and management.
Content & Program Development:
Create and disseminate roadmap enablement and distribution programs for both internal teams and external partners.
Develop and implement Transformation Plan Enablement programs for internal stakeholders and partners, fostering successful adoption and utilization of Marketing Cloud solutions.
Work closely with Adoption and Best Practices teams to establish and leverage materials to create Trailhead and Certification programs for Sales and Partners.
Experience:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Go-to-Market (GTM) or sales enablement function, preferably within the cloud software industry.
Demonstrated success in driving ACV growth through sales and partner programs.
Extensive experience working with sales teams (Account Executives, Solution Engineers) and channel partners.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud technologies and the broader MarTech landscape.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Lead the design, development, and operation of Salesforce's global DNS infrastructure, spanning Public Cloud platforms (like AWS, GCP) and privately owned datacenters.
* Own the full DNS stack including authoritative and recursive servers, control planes, telemetry, alerting, and lifecycle automation.
* Ensure the availability, correctness, and fault tolerance of DNS services with a relentless focus on uptime and performance. (24x7x365)
* Lead the response and root cause analysis of DNS-related incidents with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and learning.
* Guide architectural decisions, oversee complex migrations, and ensure scalable, automation-first solutions are implemented.
* Drive long-term vision for DNS within the company, including the evolution of service discovery and name resolution systems.
* Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to align DNS systems with broader platform and business goals.
* Represent DNS in company-wide initiatives and ensure that services meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

* Experience operating critical Internet infrastructure and services with High Availability and resiliency requirements.
* Understanding of managed DNS providers and internal service discovery mechanisms. Proficient in operating systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure, including services like EC2, VPC, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Route 53.
* Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CI/CD concepts/tools ,monitoring/observability/alertingtools (Grafana, Thousand Eyes).
* Background as a senior software development engineer with experience in hands-on design, coding and deploying large-scale applications with high availability and high security requirements.
* Strong understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies can be applied to infrastructure management, aiding software development, capacity forecasting, operations augmentation, support intake, and cost optimization.
