Your Mission
You will play a key role as you lead this highly visible and motivated team that achieves individual, team and organizational quotas. Your team is responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. They generate new business opportunities to fuel sales pipeline by conducting strategic prospecting, outreach and cold calling. You’ll be a valuable contributor to sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve goals of the company.
Your Main Responsibilities
Coach and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) whose role consists of prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
Develop SDRs and BDRs into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
Create metrics for monthly objectives
Regularly report on team/team member results - quantity & quality of leads and revenue to Sales Managers
Understanding new ways to continuously improve existing processes to drive faster and more quality responses to potential customers
Multitask multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the team to ensure that project timelines are met.
Working within a great team environment with fantastic peers who will support and collaborate together to be the best they can be, while having a lot of fun at the same time
Your Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales management or sales/business development management, preferably in CRM or enterprise applications, with a consistent track record of overachievement of quota expectations
Consistent track record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment
Shown experience successfully leading people to achieve performance goals
Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
Ability to hire and train new sales representatives

Experience in account planning strategies to retain and grow Actual Contract Value (ACV) with existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
Ability to uncover customers’ current processes and strategic goals through discovery and analysis.
Skill in identifying value propositions that meet customer needs through technology solutions.
Clear and timely communication with customers across various methods and tools (writing, speaking, presentations).
Effective use of available resources and tools to achieve results.
Team collaboration to support deals and ensure customer success.

Proficiency in Korean and English
Over 10 years of project or Enterprise sales experience in the financial industry.
