このポジションは、主に日本の 製造業 における最も戦略的なお客様を担当しますが、 将来的には韓国や台湾の主要なお客様も担当していただく可能性があります。 CSGソリューションアドバイザーとして、チーム内ではシニアレベルのアドバイザー、そしてプレイヤーコーチの役割を担います。
Salesforceソリューションと製造業セクター、両方における深い専門知識を活かし、最も大規模で複雑な Signatureサクセスプラン の案件を推進していただきます。本ポジションは直属の部下を持たない個人での貢献が主となりますが、その高い専門性を活かしてチームの模範となり、他のソリューションアドバイザーを指導することでチーム全体をレベルアップさせる機会もあります。部門を横断するチームメンバーと協力して、製造業特有の困難な顧客課題を解決していただきます。

あなたのインパクト / 職務内容

製造業担当領域において、 Signatureサクセスプラン の新規契約、付帯率、アップグレード等の四半期および年間目標を達成し、超過達成を目指します。
営業部門やCSGのリーダー（アカウントエグゼクティブ、RVP、AVP）と 戦略的に連携 し、担当領域の詳細なレビュー、 未開拓領域（ホワイトスペース）の発見 、そして製造業のお客様に特化したプロアクティブなGTM（Go-to-Market）戦略を策定・実行します。
担当する大手製造業のお客様において、経営層（Cレベル）や主要な意思決定者と強固で信頼される関係を築き、お客様がSalesforceから最大の価値を引き出すための信頼されるアドバイザーとして行動します。
フォーキャスト（売上予測）の精度、チームのパフォーマンス、担当領域の健全性など、担当ビジネスに対する深い理解と、オペレーションの厳格な管理が求められます。
アカウントエグゼクティブ、営業リーダー、営業企画、価格設定、法務、カスタマーサクセスマネージャー、製品開発など、社内の様々な部門と効果的に連携し、お客様のニーズに対応し、案件をクローズに導きます。

必須のスキルと経験

・エンタープライズソフトウェアまたはITサービス業界での、ソリューションセールス、コンサルティング、カスタマーサクセスといった顧客対応職務において5年以上の経験。
・ 営業目標を継続的に達成してきた実績 。
・ 製造業に対する経験、または深い興味・関心 。その業務プロセス、課題、DXのトレンドに対する深い理解があることが強く望まれます。
・大手企業顧客の複雑なビジネス課題を解決するために、技術的なソリューションの価値を理解し、明確に説明する高い能力。
・経営層（Cレベル）を含む、大手企業の様々な役職の担当者と対話してきた実績。
・説得力のあるビジネスバリューケースを構築し、提示するための、優れたプレゼンテーション能力とコミュニケーション能力。
・ 必須のスキルとして、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力。また、グローバルの社内チームとの連携や、将来担当する可能性がある韓国・台湾のお客様とのコミュニケーションのため、ビジネスレベルの英語能力も同様に必須となります。

大きく2つの役割があります。 1. 顧客へのプロジェクト提案
アカウントパートナー（サービスセールス担当者）と連携して、SalesforceのProfessional Servicesによるコンサルティングプロジェクト、インプリメンテーションプロジェクト等の提案を行い、受注前および受注後の提案活動を主導します。
特にプロジェクト提案にあたって、顧客の課題、変革プロジェクトの目的から最適なプロジェクトアプローチを策定すること、必要なサービスリソースを特定するために、アカウントパートナーだけでなく組織全体の他の専門領域のメンバーと協力することが求められます。 2. プロジェクト成功に導くリーダーシップ
プロジェクト受注後にインダストリーまたはデリバリーのエキスパートとしてプロジェクト全体を推進、または支援し、プロジェクトを成功させること、最終的に顧客の成功に導くことに責任を持ちます。
顧客のエグゼクティブとの関係を構築・維持すること、プロアクティブにプロジェクトの品質を高めること、また組織全体の専門領域のメンバーと協力することで必要な知見等をプロジェクトにもたらすよう働きかけることが求められます。 このポジションの魅力
特にB2Cビジネス（コンシューマービジネス、リテール、製薬、電力・ガス産業、通運・旅行等）を中心とした顧客に対するコンサルティングビジネスの拡大に貢献いただきます。
このロールでは、組織の関係者と協業しながら、顧客との関係性をどう構築するのか、SalesforceのProfessional ServicesをどうSellingするのかを裁量を持って働くことができます。
戦略的で自由な発想を活かし、次のSalesforce Servicesのビジネスを作り上げる意欲のある方を採用したいと考えています。
Responsibilities:

• 顧客固有の実装提案、SOW、人員配置計画の策定を主導し、組織全体の他の専門領域メンバと協力して、受け入れ可能な提案について合意形成を図ります。
• アカウントセールスおよびサービスセールスと緊密に連携して、スコーピング、ソリューション作成、SOW作成、プロジェクト人員配置などのプリセールス活動に責任を持ちます。
• プロフェッショナルサービスチームに、提案されたソリューションと顧客ニーズに関係する専門家としての知見を提供し、プロジェクトを確実に成功させます。
• カスタマーサクセスに適切かつ必要な場合は、エンゲージメントのライフサイクル全体にわたってプロジェクトチームを直接リード、または支援し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献します。
• プロジェクトチームと連携し、アカウントチームおよびデリバリーチームの両方へのエスカレーションポイントとして機能します。
• 複数の戦略的顧客を同時にマネジメントし、新しい潜在顧客のリファレンスになりそうなプロジェクトを意図的に構築・実行することで、ビジネス拡大に貢献します。
• 重要なエスカレーションやリスクのあるアカウントに対して、将来を見越したリスクの軽減やマネジメントをします。
• 社内外のリーダーや幹部と効果的、且つ適切にコミュニケーションします。

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• 10年以上のコンサルティングサービスのデリバリー経験、または同等以上の事業会社での経験（グループITの内製化組織の立ち上げ、実行、マネジメント、事業会社内部での変革プロジェクト・DXプロジェクト等の遂行等）
• 実務経験に裏付けられた業務コンサルティング、または、IT技術やアプリケーション機能、プロジェクトマネジメントに対する知識・経験（トランスフォーメーションの企画、業務構築、ソリューション作成、実装方法論やロードマップの策定等）
• アーキテクトや専門領域メンバーと効果的に協業し、プリセールス活動やプロジェクトデリバリーを推進するリーダーシップ能力
• エグゼクティブレベルでの文書および口頭での高いコミュニケーションスキル、分析および問題解決の能力
• 学位または同等の関連職務経験尚可
