Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (user, implementer, or SE)
Technical knowledge of AMPScript, integrations, and APIs
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence VP to C-level
Proven success driving organizational change and digital transformation
Background in consulting, process design, digital governance, or team dynamics a plus
Broad understanding of technology trends, user-centered design, and consumer behavior
Experience shaping digital roadmaps and negotiating long-term initiatives
Ability to work across teams and manage the entire project lifecycle
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer work, etc.).

Your Mission as an Account Executive:
Manage a dedicated territory in the Emerging (1-50 employees) or Growth Business (51-300 employees) space, overseeing the entire sales cycle. You’ll coordinate multiple sales projects simultaneously and take full responsibility for your customers.

Close opportunities at assigned existing accounts and drive sales at new accounts.
Drive sales within the assigned segment (SMB segments).

What We Are Looking For:
Proven track record of success in sales.
1 to 5 years of experience in the entire sales cycle of complex SAAS solutions.
Ability to build positive relationships internally and with customers, demonstrating credibility and trust.
Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets.

BDA Program
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture Partner Leads (PLs), working closely with consulting partners to ensure a smooth lead handover and progression through the sales funnel. This includes qualifying PLs, aligning with partners on next steps, and ensuring timely follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
Qualify inbound leads generated through Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic, using our Customer 360 platform.
Conduct outbound lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, with a focus on pipeline generation across multiple segments.
Collaborate closely with SDRs and Sales Executives to drive interest and schedule discovery meetings with potential customers, while being a key factor in showcasing our platforms through live demonstrations.
Perform research on target accounts, identifying key contacts, and helping develop personalized outreach strategies.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn best practices in sales engagement and opportunity creation.
Track and manage prospecting activity using Salesforce’s CRM platform to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion.

Key Qualifications
