What you'll do:

As a Payroll Intern, you will assist the payroll team in processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day operations. You will also contribute to initiatives aimed at improving payroll processes through documentation and administrative support. Job Responsibilities:

• Support payroll team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and reporting

• Assist in handling payroll-related inquiries via ticket management system.

• Assist in payroll processing by collecting, reviewing data (i.e. employee time records), and reconciling variances.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and assist in resolving discrepancies.

• Support payroll team with audits and data validation activities to ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with the payroll team on improvement initiatives by providing suggestions, performing research, and supporting implementation activities.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as People Team and Finance, to support and ensure accurate employee data management.

What you will do:

• Support LATAM reporting and analytics team

• Update and process data in our recurrent reports

• Maintain and enhance the existing reports

• Support the weekly forecast process

• Build reports and dashboards in CRM (RHSC)

• Analyze continuously the existing processes and systems

• Create new, and improve processes using our technology

• Analyze business practices

• Support the Business Operations Analysts in the CRM (RHSC)

• Oversee monthly and quarterly processes including data manipulation and reconciliations

• Communicate closely with other functional areas, including Finance, Partner Ecosystem, Marketing, Sales and Services teams

• Investigate ways to improve reportings and processes

• Track the team's open tasks, and following them up with the Business Operations Analysts

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree ongoing, preferably in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, business administration, or a related field, with graduation at least in 202

• Background using Sales Cloud or other customer relationship management tools (CRM) or Office systems (spreadsheet, word, and presentations tools)

• Excellent spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Excel, LibreCalc), and presentation management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and status of sales business to required stakeholders and different audiences

• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team, while demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and initiative

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in in Portuguese and English; Spanish language is a plus

• SQL, Python, VBA

What you will do:

· Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, professional services statements of work, master services, and software subscription agreements and partner agreements for resellers, distributors, and cloud providers

· Support our Sales team

· Work with other teams to resolve contractual issues

What you will bring:

· Third-year law student, with planned graduation in 2026/2027

· Demonstrated interests in software, information technology, high-tech, open source business, products and transactions, or intellectual property or related legal issues

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills

· Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressure at the same time

· Familiarity with the high-tech industry preferred

· Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese; to be evaluated during the interview process

· Fluent Spanish language skills are a plus
