- Manage all HR processes with a focus on personnel administration
- Oversee the employee service center platform, including answering employee inquiries, providing updated content, and managing the ticketing system.
- Maintain and ensure the smooth functioning of HR systems
- Prepare and provide periodic reports for management as required.
- Handle administrative tasks, including preparing and filing documents related to employment
- Provide backup support for payroll processing and partner with accounting and payroll departments to maintain the payroll database and perform internal audits.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, and more.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, IT, Operations, HR to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role, with a focus on personnel administration and HR information systems.
- Previous experience working in an employee service center or similar function.
- A passion for HR and a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with Romanian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Mandatory knowing English
- Experience with Oracle - Plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage both routine tasks and innovative projects, meeting deadlines with flexibility.
