As thePayroll Tax Administrator, you will support the Human Resources team by managing payroll-related processes. Serve as the primary contact for payroll and tax vendors, ensuring strong, productive relationships and timely issue resolution.

  • Provide employee support, projects & process Improvement for employee and manager inquiries regarding tax and payroll issues through the Call Management System. Train new hires and provide ongoing support to team members on systems and procedures. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, maintain payroll process documentation (SOPs), and conduct system audits to ensure data integrity. Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and operational needs.
