Your role:

  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders by aligning production schedules and material availability.

  • Develop a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) from initial supply plans.

  • Create a Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) that minimizes changeover times and supports efficient operations.

Be an order to cash expert and will act as a consultant for the Business and Customer Fulfillment Centre team. To perform this job successfully an individual must be highly organized; detail focused, and become a subject matter expert in Salesforce, SAP, Open Text and Apttus and be a part of the North American Market Commercial Capability Experts team.

Your role:

  • Plan, control, and execute new business integration projects including issue tracking, risk management, and providing post-go-live support. Build user stories, perform gap analysis, develop UAT test scripts, and lead UAT and regression testing while communicating and documenting UAT plans, schedules, test cases, and implementation plans.
  • Gather and document requirements for new functionalities or changes. Collaborate with IT on design and development, monitor progress, and manage implementations and document necessary process or technical changes.
  • Address system issues reported by the operations team, propose solutions, and log issues in ServiceNow tools. Act as the first IT contact for technical issues and provide application support to the operations team while facilitating communication between business units and back-office IT to resolve issues.
  • Update validated procedures with Quality and Regulatory teams. Analyze inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend changes to improve efficiencies and develop workflow diagrams, process models, and provide training materials for staff.
  • Oversee business processes across various departments and functional areas; Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to streamline processes and improve productivity. Serve as a liaison to ensure process changes are understood and implemented and develop standard and ad hoc reports using various tools.

The pay range for this position in MA is $98,280 to $157,248.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
