Job Description

Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist - Contract Admin manage and optimize complex service contracts, ensuring accurate registration, compliance, and seamless integration across systems.

Your role:

  • As a Services and Solutions Delivery Contract Admin, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that Philips’ high-value service contracts are accurately implemented, monitored, and optimized to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams including sales, legal, finance, and customer service to manage contract lifecycles, resolve escalations, and support negotiations.
  • You will determine the appropriate contract registration and cost settlement models based on the service plans included in agreements.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining standard Customer Service legal agreements in Servicemax and SAP, including contract materials, pricing, discounts, payment terms, and Installed Base coverage.
  • You will create and maintain Healthcare Informatics Service Contracts, will maintain the installbase creation and execute billing.
  • This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in contract law, stakeholder management, and process optimization, while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a global organization.

Job title:

As a Clinical Application Specialist Imaging (MRI), you will provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training, and the handover of company products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and in preparing detailed product clinical specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications and solutions.

Your Role:

  • Set up application training schedules in close cooperation with the customer.
  • Train and Re-train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered MRI equipment.
  • Report on difficulties in the optimal usage of the equipment.
  • Deliver customized (competency-based) training material packs when required.
  • Support user group meetings as needed.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback about the quality of training delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and advise the sales force during acquisition.
  • Stay updated on new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment.
  • Manage the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection and health and safety regulations. In the event of hazards or accidents, take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office.
  • Ensure that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, complies with the company's quality policy.
  • Report customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policies and follow up on relevant assigned quality and regulatory training in a timely manner.
  • As a Clinical Application Specialist (MRI), you will join our team based in Istanbul , Türkiye reporting to the Imaging Clinical Application Leader META (Middle East, Türkiye and Africa). You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.

You are the right fit if:

  • You have a medical-related or radiography background (certificate or degree as a radiographer).
  • You possess in-depth clinical MRI knowledge with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • You have experience using post-processing tools and advanced applications.
  • You can perform advanced MRI examinations (Cardiac, Neuro imaging, Angiography, Pediatric).
  • Previous experience as an Application Specialist and experience with Philips MRI as a radiographer is a plus.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You can utilize problem-solving, critical thinking, and priority-setting skills.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, in addition to the local language.
  • Teaching experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
  • You are willing to travel extensively within Türkiye and to other regions withing META (Middle East, Türkiye and Africa) as necessary.

Job Description

you will join Philips’ Credit and Collection team. On daily basis you will have a chance to manage & organize the collections and dispute management activities according to a clear policy in terms of efficiency (priority setting, to do lists, shared customers, registration & follow up) and effectiveness (minimal overdues and disputes). This function should be performed in close cooperation with the businesses in order to minimize the outstanding receivables.

Your role:

  • With 5 years experience you are required to do the following: Daily collection activities including Direct Debt system.
  • Quarterly customer confirmation balance for both Government and Private segments.
  • Organizing, supporting and developing accounts receivable process,
  • Establishes, implements, and maintains an effective overdue control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, overdue, potentially overdue
  • Executing the collection process for defined customers (e.g. strategic customers)
  • Organizing, supporting and developing cash & collection processes,
  • Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations in close cooperation with sectors,
  • Maintaining strong and stable relationships with customers and different stakeholders.
  • Daily retrieval of bank activity (ACH, wire) and SAP receipt activity and post payments to customer accounts
  • Daily and monthly reconciliations against monthly bank statements – identifying and resolving reconciliation items on customer accounts.
  • Process offsets to clear matched debts and credits on customer accounts
  • Manage the Unapplied Cash report and work with Collections to identify solutions to unreconciled cash items
  • Providing indirect leadership to cash applications, internal finance leadership and cross-functional business partners related to cash management best practices
  • Support and contribute to accounts receivable accounting lean process improvements
