• Relevant medical/electrical engineering (or similar) educational background.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience working experience with medical devices and understand the special character working in the hospitals is preferable.

• Have a strong interest and affinity for IT solutions including knowledge on networking (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS or equivalent) and IT infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server) is preferable

• Self-motivated, task-forced team player who is persistent in achieving the goals set.

As ayou will provide hands-on clinical training to radiographers, radiologists, physicians, and technicians to enhance the clinical performance of their systems, ensuring accurate first-time diagnoses for patients throughout the Nordics. In this key role, you will also actively support our customers, as well as our Sales and Service teams, in all matters related to MR.

• Develop and execute training programs for clinical MR users in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, while customizing systems to meet user needs in collaboration with project and account management.

Remote Service Engineer

You are preferably located in Stockholm, Lund, Gothenburg or Umeå.

You are responsible for:

• Provide excellent customer service by acting as a Philips Representative, responding to inquiries, and offering telephone and remote technical support.

• Leverage Philips tools and resources to resolve customer service events, and escalate product issues for higher-level evaluation and action when necessary.
