As a

The majority of this position is targeted geographically within either Storstockholm/Mälardalen or Region Västra Götaland, but as a natural part of the service organization, travel outside this main focus area will be required, consequently willingness to travel is necessary for this role.

Your role:

• Install, deploying, servicing and/or integrating patient monitoring hardware and software solutions.

• Configuring, maintaining, and testing our products at customer sites and/or Philips Delivery Center in Upplands Väsby.

• Responsibility for the whole implementation process, from planning through installation, go-live and handover.

• Managing detailed quality documentation in adherence to medical directive standards.

You're the right fit if you have :

• Relevant medical/electrical engineering (or similar) educational background.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience working experience with medical devices and understand the special character working in the hospitals is preferable.

• Have a strong interest and affinity for IT solutions including knowledge on networking (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS or equivalent) and IT infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server) is preferable

• Self-motivated, task-forced team player who is persistent in achieving the goals set.

• Highly professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems and ownership of own projects.

• Driver's license (Swedish B) and willingness to travel

Your role:

• Translate key business objectives into measurable performance tracking, sharing progress with Nordic stakeholders, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.

• Deliver analytical insights to assess the impact of customer value propositions in the Nordic market and optimize service performance by monitoring key operational and productivity indicators.

• Participate in forecasting processes and provide financial analysis to prepare deals and tender propositions involving services, collaborating with Service Finance and FP&A teams.

• Drive the development of agile methods and a test-and-learn culture in Nordic operations, shifting focus from descriptive reports to actionable insights, and engage with peers in Western European markets to share best practices and gather insights.

You're the right fit if:

• You holda degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a relevant field, equipping you with a strong foundation for understanding complex business and financial concepts.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience withfinancial analysis and can effectively support forecasting processes, prepare deals, and develop tender propositions involving services.

• You possess expertise in KPI monitoring and reporting, data analysis and interpretation, root cause analysis (RCA), and KPI management.

• You are skilled andcommitted to continuous improvement, fostering an agile test-and-learn culture, and engaging with peers across markets to share best practices and insights.

• You're fluent in both English and Swedish.

As a Service Coordinator, you will act as a resource planneras and ambassador of Philips Health Systems ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.

Your role:

• Handle inquiries regarding Philips products and services

• Workforce maintenance and planning of all types of events

• Creating, communicate and confirm customer maintenance plan(s) for preventive maintenance aligned with contract and maintenance requirements
