Production Planner – Reedsville, PA

As a Production Planner, you will create and manage production schedules, materials planning, and inventory buffers to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while optimizing workforce and equipment utilization. This role operates in a dynamic manufacturing environment on a 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm shift, Monday through Friday.

Your role:

  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders by aligning production schedules and material availability.

  • Maintain high-quality planning master data in collaboration with Enterprise Information Management (EIM).

  • Develop a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) from initial supply plans.

  • Create a Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) that minimizes changeover times and supports efficient operations.

  • Optimize workforce and equipment utilization across production activities.

  • Generate and manage the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) with support from Operational Buyers.

  • Oversee buffer and supermarket stock levels using Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP) principles.

  • Lead daily and weekly planning meetings with Production and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.

  • You’ve acquired at least 2 years of experience in a production plant, manufacturing site, or equivalent environment.

  • Your skills include production planning, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and strong computer and reporting capabilities.

Job Title:Environment, Health and Safety Manager

In this role, you will be part of the APAC Zone Environmental, Health and Safety team, reporting to the APAC EHS Leader and based in South Korea where you can take full use of your expertise and experience in Environmental, Health and Safety. You will be pivotal in improving the Philips H&S performance and reducing operational risks by driving the Philips Environmental, Health and Safety Management System in the South Korea.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure our commercial activities comply with the H&S laws and regulations in the South Korea.
  • Maintain and update applicable Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety licenses and permits.
  • Deploy and comply with Philips Corporate Safety Standards and APAC EHS Procedures.
  • Providing technical support to commercial projects (Installation and Service Delivery) and managing contractor safety (Site Preparation, Equipment Transporter and Warehousing).
  • Facilitating Philips employees in the offices on the deployment of health and safety programs, such as safety Gemba, risk assessment, Accident/Incident reporting, LOTO, etc.
  • Conduct regular training and audits
  • Maintaining the ISO45001 Multi-site certification for South Korea.
  • Qualified to be the Radiation Safety Officer and manage compliance to the local regulations.
  • Comply regulations and acts under Ministry of Environment with understanding and applying latest regulatory requirements.

Activities:

  • Establish EHS Annual Management Plan, monitor targets and performance on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct Monthly legal compliance assessment. Manage regulatory reports, registrations and permits required for our activities.
  • Conduct accident investigation and submit ‘Safety Alert’ for all EHS incidents.
  • Organise Office and Service Delivery Fire and Safety inspection regularly.
  • Facilitate EHS briefings to affected parties.
  • Coordinate and execute the EHS audit procedures for Internal, Corporate and External audits.
  • Manage closure of corrective actions and report compliance status to the EHS Committee and APAC EHS Leader.
  • Lead, participate in or facilitate multidisciplinary workgroups on issues such as emergency response, travel safety, Office relocation safety evaluation etc.
  • Organise and document regular H&S Committee meetings and minutes respectively.
  • Share best practices, information, advice and EHS requirements in the South Korea and ensure deployment, support and training when needed
  • Submission of the report and payment related to the Ministry of Environment are completed within the deadline.
  • Compliance on the requirements and facilitate audit by the Ministry of Environment for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist CPM and CSD to prepare the Safety Management Plan in accordance to the Customer’s requirements and share relevant Philips EHS Procedures with the Contractors.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Certified Radiation Safety Officer(방사선안전관리자) under South Korean regulatory standards.
  • Certified Industrial Safety Manager(산업안전관리자) in South Korea, qualified to carry out Occupational Health Manager responsibilities.
  • 1+ year of experience in management regarding Korea Ministry of Environment compliance is preferred.
  • Experience in chemical management tools or ERP systems (e.g., Chemwatch, SAP EHS) preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years of experience in EHS management in an international business environment preferred.
  • Familiar with the implementation of the ISO45001 management system, certified internal auditor preferred.
  • Familiar with South Korea laws and regulations.
  • Good people management and communication skills through organizational layers.
  • Team player, goal-oriented and pragmatic (gets things done)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well organized.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3-12 years of experience in sales or clinical environment with radiology imaging systems or relevant medical device area preferred.
  • Relevant experience in B2B and B2G marketing, with a background in product marketing, brand management, new product launches, and campaign execution within the medical device industry preferred.
  • Experience in engaging with radiology customers is highly desired.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Customized Clinical Workstation (AVW) Training and Consulting
    Deliver specialized, role-specific training on the advanced visualization software AVW, supporting clinical users across various specialties through on-site and remote sessions. Tailor workflows and training programs to optimize real-world clinical application.
  • AVW Configuration and Clinical Environment Optimization
    Adapt AVW software functionalities to meet the requirements of diverse clinical settings such as radiology, cardiology, oncology, ensuring customized post-processing tool setup and effective operational guidance aligned with latest clinical protocols.
  • Clinical Workflow and Application Utilization Analysis
    Analyze hospital-specific imaging workflows, data integration, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies. Propose actionable solutions to maximize patient care quality and diagnostic throughput using AVW.
  • Customer-Centric Technical Support and Issue Resolution
    Provide timely responses to user inquiries and technical challenges both on-site and remotely. Collaborate across clinical, technical, and sales teams internally and with customers to ensure solution adoption and successful implementation.
  • Product Demonstrations and Sales Support
    Execute compelling AVW demonstrations emphasizing new features, clinical benefits, and competitive advantages. Partner with sales and marketing departments to enhance product positioning through clinical education and case presentations.
  • Educational Materials Development and Documentation
    Create comprehensive materials including user manuals, clinical guides, and post-processing matrices customized per clinical specialty. Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions and project activities within CRM and relevant systems.
  • Project Management and Post-Implementation Follow-Up
    Manage project timelines and milestones to guarantee on-time delivery and smooth operational transition. Continuously collect customer feedback and drive sustained improvement and service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education
    Graduates majored in Radiologic Sciences, Medical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related clinical/technical fields.
  • Experience and Skills
    Clinical experience in radiology modalities such as CT and MR, or hands-on experience supporting/educating users on imaging workstation/post-processing software. Prior experience with AVW-like advanced 3D/4D visualization platforms is highly desirable.
  • Technical and Communication Skills
    Strong understanding of advanced imaging software capabilities and clinical data interpretation. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective knowledge transfer to diverse healthcare professionals. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  • Additional Requirements
    Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites with a flexible working attitude. Proficiency in both English and Korean for clinical documentation and communication is preferred.

  • Experience delivering educational sessions, webinars, or clinical seminars.
  • Knowledge of competitive product landscapes and market demands.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data security and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage customer feedback and continuously enhance services.

Production Planner


Production Planner – Reedsville, PA

As a Production Planner, you will create and manage production schedules, materials planning, and inventory buffers to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while optimizing workforce and equipment utilization. This role operates in a dynamic manufacturing environment on a 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm shift, Monday through Friday.

Your role:

  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders by aligning production schedules and material availability.

  • Maintain high-quality planning master data in collaboration with Enterprise Information Management (EIM).

  • Develop a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) from initial supply plans.

  • Create a Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) that minimizes changeover times and supports efficient operations.

  • Optimize workforce and equipment utilization across production activities.

  • Generate and manage the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) with support from Operational Buyers.

  • Oversee buffer and supermarket stock levels using Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP) principles.

  • Lead daily and weekly planning meetings with Production and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired at least 2 years of experience in a production plant, manufacturing site, or equivalent environment.

  • Your skills include production planning, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and strong computer and reporting capabilities.

  • You have a High School Diploma, vocational training, or equivalent education.

  • You’re an effective communicator, highly organized, and bring practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools (bonus if you’ve applied them directly).
