Job Description

The HPM Jr. Customer Order Specialist is responsible for ensuring day-to-day accurate processing of orders, change orders, etc. according to a set of KPIs such as Timely Customer Order Confirmation to provide a very good customer service.

Your role:

  • Accept and validate sales orders by checking references and ensuring all relevant information is accurate, while manually creating orders and monitoring those automatically generated through various channels.
  • Update orders in response to unavailability by liaising with delivery proposals, choosing alternatives when necessary, and revising order status. Confirm orders to customers and focus on resolving unhappy flows to ensure fulfillment.
  • Identify and address the root causes of non-touchless flows swiftly and efficiently by coordinating with appropriate personnel.
  • Report on order receipts and status updates, maintaining the administrative flow from order intake to sales recognition.
  • Manage the sales order process through to delivery, including coordination with third-party logistics and forwarding partner.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
  • For this role there is no prior experience required, it is preferred to be knowledgeable in Supply Chain and Order Management.
  • You are knowledgeable in SAP, Excel (Pivot Tables, Data visualization and manipulation)
  • You possess excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • You are a customer service-oriented, self-driven, proactive, and have a strong team player mindset.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.This is an office role.

Order Manager Analyst
As an Order Manager Analyst you are responsible for checking and validating sales order data focused in upholding data quality standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness upon receipt.
Your role:
  • Manage sales orders to ensure that the customer receives the ordered goods in the right time and on the right place.
  • Manage backorders with the Factory to ensure Customer Requirements are met.
  • Prepare, organize, and lead weekly order book review meeting between factory and market (group).
  • Responsible to release customer billing as requested by the market finance policy and create customer facing documents which meet local fiscal and legal requirements on time and first-time right.
  • Act as single point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects. Capable of resolving escalations.
You're the right fit if:
  • You have no prior experience, but preferably have knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Order Management.
  • You hold a high school diploma or have vocational education certification.
  • Your skills include data analysis, excel, sap, power BI, effective communication.
  • You have an advanced knowledge of the English language.

· Lead the efforts and process to gather and create SOP requirements or process improvements;
· Act as the supportive source of knowledge for all SOPs and internal policy documents;

  • Your skills include knowledge in Excel and SAP.

  • You have an academic background in Business, Industrial Engineer, Logistics or an equivalent academic field.

  • You’re a professional with a customer-focused and solution oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English preferred.
