Your role:

• Create, manage and monitor sales orders as well as coordination backorders, ensuring customers needs are met.

• Handle customer inquiries and billing accurately to resolve order issues to ensure smooth fulfillment

• Lead weekly order book review meetings.

• Serve as the logistics point of contact.

• Ensure SAP transaction accuracy.

• Process return orders, credits, debits.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in order processing, ,preferably on medical consumables products or an equivalent consumable product.

• Your skills include knowledge in Excel and SAP.

• You have an academic background in Business, Industrial Engineer, Logistics or an equivalent academic field.

• You’re a professional with a customer-focused and solution oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English preferred.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an in-office role.
