Your role:
Create, manage and monitor sales orders as well as coordination backorders, ensuring customers needs are met.
Handle customer inquiries and billing accurately to resolve order issues to ensure smooth fulfillment
Lead weekly order book review meetings.
Serve as the logistics point of contact.
Ensure SAP transaction accuracy.
Process return orders, credits, debits.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in order processing, ,preferably on medical consumables products or an equivalent consumable product.
Your skills include knowledge in Excel and SAP.
You have an academic background in Business, Industrial Engineer, Logistics or an equivalent academic field.
You’re a professional with a customer-focused and solution oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English preferred.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
