Your challenge

As Consumer Marketing Manager in the Next Gen Innovation team, you will shape the future of oral healthcare by driving front-end innovation for one of the world’s most trusted brands. This role offers a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on innovation development in a truly international environment. You will help elevate oral care as a central part of daily health and well-being by creating breakthrough concepts that reduce the risk and severity of disease and deliver superior consumer experiences.

You will be part of the Global Power Toothbrush category team, working alongside colleagues with diverse backgrounds across the value chain. Together, you will create and test future solutions that bridge consumer desires, dental professional needs, and business opportunities.

Your role

  • Lead the front-end innovation funnel:identifygrowth opportunities, scout emerging trends, and translate market, consumer, and professional insights into compelling innovation spaces.

You're the right fit if:

  • MBA qualified in a relevant subject area (for example business/strategic marketing, economics)

  • 8+ years of upstream and downstream marketing experience in global branded FMCG or durableconsumer goods including new product introductions and life cycle management in a global or regionalcontext. You have gained your experience from a similar global position driving marketing and innovationplans across markets.

  • Experience with NPDs new product development and new product introductions.

  • Experience of consumer market research and market intelligence

  • Understanding of retail market dynamics, having dealt with product promotions, trade marketing, shoppermarketing activations, product launches and/or marketing communications to drive business results andgrowth.

  • Your conceptual thinking, organizational and communication skills allow you to influence and motivateothers

  • Your strong drive and advanced ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment

  • Your ability to develop realistic and comprehensive Business Cases.

  • preparing and presenting accurate reports for stakeholders;

  • organizing and maintaining departmental documentation, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, and stays updated on industry trends and best practices.


1.You are studying towards your Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related study.

2. You have strong analytical skills and have experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

3. You are able to work independently but also in a team.

4. You are curious and open to learn.

Your role:

  • Conduct research on reporting standards, competitor performance and stakeholder trends related to circular operations.

  • Perform in-depth investigation and analysis of industrial and non-industrial site performance, challenges and opportunities. Using insights to develop best practices and business cases that cover the cross-section of sustainability, business, and operations.

  • Provide daily support to ongoing programs and activities

  • Leading communications, coordinating initiatives, managing working groups and developing communities for sustainability


You're the right fit if:

  • Studying towards your Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field like Engineering, Environmental Sciences or Business/Economics
