Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management, previous internship experience in an international organization is an advantage
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

Your role:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of international export contracts, including distribution agreements, sales & service contracts, NDAs
Ensure compliance with applicable international trade laws, export control regulations, and internal policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters involving international partners, customers and governmental entities
Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risks
Collaborate with legal, quality & regulatory, compliance, finance, sales, logistics, and operations teams to support international business objectives
Serve as the escalation point in contract negotiations with international partners and customers, balancing business goals with risk mitigation
Monitor contract performance, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and obligations are met
Support audits and investigations related to export activities and contract compliance
Develop and maintain contract templates, process improvements, and best practices
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, International Trade, or a related field. A Law qualification is preferred
7+ years of experience in contract management with a strong focus on international exports
Experience working in a med-tech / healthcare environment is highly preferred
Knowledge and experience with Dutch export laws & regulations
In-depth knowledge of global export control laws and regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, OFAC).
Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements across diverse jurisdictions
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in Dutch and English
