Your role:

• Analyzing complaint data, gathering additional data, as needed, and partnering cross functionally to share feedback to the development & manufacturing teams on potential product improvements, product defects, and safety evaluations, and resolves complaints.
• Assess Risk assessment weather it is covering the hazard in the complaint
• Complete all needed records in a timely & accurate manner
• Confirming complaint condition & determining corrective action (including CAPA, FCO as required)
• Collaborate with cross functional team such as Engineers, Scientists, Clinical Specialists, Field Service & Application Engineers & Manufacturing personnel to facilitate the complaint handling process globally.
• Evaluating & Investigating customer feedback, service records, and other sources of customer and internal for possible complaint.

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Bio Medical, Healthcare, Application Engineer, Nursing, or related technical degree with over 6 years (Medical device preferred) of experience.
• Hands on experience of Customer complaining experience in Medical industry is required, CAPA, Field Corrections as well as global medical device regulations, requirements, and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820
• Hands on experience of problem-solving methodology and root cause analysis, 7 QC tools, Problem Solving & Strong Analytical ability
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with various work groups to assure conformance to regulatory requirements, internal processes, and policies

• Leveraging HCP advocacy to drive consumer/patient purchase intent and accelerate retail sales
• Infusing dental industry insights and strategy across business groups, including cross-functional engagement with various product and marketing business leaders
• Driving global marketing programs and turnkey playbooks to drive regional alignment and harmonization of local activation plans
• Orchestrating end-to-end management of B2B programs across all markets.

• Ability to identify growth initiatives, deliver impactful global programs and excellence in regional implementation
• Proven delivery of global strategy and programs with turnkey playbooks for regional activation

Your role:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of international export contracts, including distribution agreements, sales & service contracts, NDAs

• Ensure compliance with applicable international trade laws, export control regulations, and internal policies

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters involving international partners, customers and governmental entities

• Provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risks

• Collaborate with legal, quality & regulatory, compliance, finance, sales, logistics, and operations teams to support international business objectives

• Serve as the escalation point in contract negotiations with international partners and customers, balancing business goals with risk mitigation

• In-depth knowledge of global export control laws and regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, OFAC).

• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements across diverse jurisdictions

• Proficient in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
