What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Coordination of parts and service to ensure timely and effective maintenance
- Utilize SQL and Python to analyze large datasets, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the team
- Developing reporting tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze end to end service processes to identify gaps and redundancies
- Drive problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives with cross functional teams to improve end to end service processes
- Effectively communicate process and application changes to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/teams
- Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and regular KPI reviews
- Must be currently enrolled in business, economics, engineering, or related fields studies
- Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to manage and analyze voluminous amounts of data
- Excellent computer and analytical skills with experience in SQL and Python
- Excellent written and verbal skills both from a technical and client facing perspective
- Level C1 in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages is a plus
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
