1.Consolidation of competitors’ info – NPI, Promo and/or Activations (For both Online & Offline)
2. NPIs operation support ( To update the website, support on USPs, messaging to share with TSMs to work on the POSMs)
3. NPI activation support ( Such as: BLDC preparation)
4. Support marketing comms of nationwide promo and activation, AO social etc
5. Admin - To raise PO & update the COGS monthly in promo calendar)

You're likely the right fit for the role if you possess

• 12+ years of overall work experience out of which 2-4 years in a leadership role is a must
• M.B.A. from a premier B-School
• Strong marketing exposure with large Consumer Durable/FMCG organizations (exposure to both ATL & BTL and DIGITAL is preferable)
• Prior P&L responsibility for a business is a must
• Experience in Brand/Portfolio development & activation (upstream & downstream marketing)
• Expertise in Marketing across diverse channels (Including Digital)
• Experience / Worked in Matrix reporting set up
• Working with diverse/multiple category teams across geographies
• Excellent people, interpersonal & influencing skill

As the Category Lead, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Zone’s Go-To-Market approach of the Oral Healthcare (OHC) portfolio, solutions and services, in alignment with the Districts/Country and the overall JAPAC strategy. Working closely with the Regional Business Unit Leader OHC to ensure that deep consumer and category insights of the Zone are reflected in the strategy, a winning portfolio is created, and flawless new product introductions are enabled.

Your Role

• Own and deliver portfolio (phase in / out), pruning, perfect NPI execution, recommended pricing & STTI levels, orchestrating the opportunities and contributing to the built of the Growth Region strategic portfolio and the handshake of PDLM & MLDs
• Deliver the business plan for the respective business in the Zone and act as key interface to the regional team and BU where needed, determining key enablers to win in the market.
• Work closely together with the community of local CMMs (District level) so to act as the voice of the consumer and customer for the Zone (focus on “how to win” for prioritized SOBs) based on deep audience-specific insights (consumer shopper, professional), incorporating key insights on Region and BU strategy
• Live and breathe the consumer journey and the category specific shopper insights, making sure the Execution of the Region and Zone strategy are well orchestrated.
