Your role:

  • Lead and support chemical process development and industrialization activities for new product introductions (NPI) and new technology implementation, ensuring robust and scalable manufacturing processes.

  • Troubleshoot project-related and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead problem-solving initiatives to ensure process stability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage project activities, including process validation and verification, equipment design reviews, capacity analysis, BOM quantity calculations, review of control plans, and defining quality standards.

Your role:

  • All technical aspects of industrialization activities, managing/monitoring the process capabilities of part manufacturing with secondary processes and/or product assembly for New Product Introduction.

  • Work closely with cross function team of I&D, Equipment and Quality to fulfill new product requirements and come up with technical proposals towards I & D to keep manufacturing and the process robust.

  • Responsible for all industrialization deliverables related to the technical aspects in the PDLM/NPI projects (process requirements, verification and validation, capability studies, work instructions, control plans, cycle time and manpower studies etc). This includes launch and subsequent maintenance of the project.

  • Plays pro-active and creative role in project team and lead technical discussions throughout the project (Design for manufacturing, assembly (manual and automated), testing).

  • Identify bottlenecks/risks and initiating corrective actions by working closely with relevant functions to keep the product design simple for manufacturing and manufacturing under control with high OEE and low FOR.

  • Proper handover to Operations/Production after achieving consistent results over a certain period of time.

  • Troubleshooting on issues which happen during production.

  • Demonstrated history of solid occupational ethics.

  • Requires an equivalent of bachelor's degree or in equivalent field with demonstrated strong experience in the relevant industry.

As People Partner, you are responsible for all People Function needs for the assigned Manufacturing site. You will orchestrate, as needed, the overall People Function delivery model to deliver these needs.

You are responsible for:

  • Handle disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution with fairness and consistency
  • Conduct and support GBP investigations
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, providing resolutions that balance compliance with business and employee needs.
  • Address and provide advisory support on rewards-related questions ensuring alignment with local guidelines and internal equity

Labor Relations

  • Provides expert advice on implications and execution of Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) ensuring compliance with agreements and in alignment with organizational goals.
  • May bring specialized expertise in specific labor relations domains, workforce transition, or compliance with regional labor laws
  • May lead (depending on country) negotiations with unions and works councils, ensuring outcomes align with organizational goals while maintaining constructive relationships
  • Ensure consistent application of HR and labor relations policies and practices across the organization.
  • Monitor adherence to local labor laws, escalating potential risks to appropriate stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with exposure to payroll operations as well as employee and labor relations.
  • Strong background in Payroll and Benefits
  • Working experience with employment and labor laws, particularly in manufacturing settings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and collective labor agreements (where applicable)
  • Experience in coaching managers & peers on performance and conflict management, disciplinary actions, grievances and illness management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Employees and People Leaders and People Partners also across countries where needed
