The hourly pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $36.75 to $58.80, plus overtime eligible.
This role also includes, field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. We are looking for
Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record, preferably an MBA
Minimum 8 years of working experience in a product development or a similar role within a consumer-oriented product company.
Knowledge of the dynamics of marketing / brand management of consumer products/FMCG including new product / category introductions.
Proven record of accomplishment with global consumer / retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
Ability to collaborate with local marketing, and sales teams, and create network within and outside the organization
