8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a significant portion focused on Compliance Risk Management, and RegTech products.
The individual will be a horizontal leader who will work with several functional experts to outline the platform as a product, obsessing about platform foundations and integrity,platform adoption via APIs, adoption tools and documentation for 1st, 2nd and even 3rd party users and hyper-focus on usage via monitoring and dashboards.
Good understanding of Compliance domain - specifically Sanctions and AML Compliance - key global and regional regulators, regulatory expectationsand challenges in balancing compliance requirements with operational efficiencies & business/customer impact.
Good understanding of Payment Compliance regulations, general payment processing flows and inherent steps - auth/capture, settlement and reconciliation.
Strong familiarity with screening techniques, watchlist formats, integration challenges with list providers and false positive reduction methodologies
