What you'll be doing:

• Drive and grow the EMEA Enterprise renewals business, identify trends, report on progress or areas of improvement and implement

• Educate our partners, assist customers and operations teams on our renewal processes and drive efficiency improvements where applicable

• Point of contact & handling of blocking issues for field teams, customers and partners throughout the renewal process

• Complex problem resolution for Enterprise product orders and customer experience across customers, partners & internal team members

• Manage all renewal tasks in a region, from quoting to order submission.

• Participate in quarterly service business reviews and help to refine metrics and reporting. Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.com to improve reporting accuracy and data cleanliness.

What we need to see:

• Experience in renewals and/or sales operations, preferably with hardware and software offerings.

• 5+ years of experience.

• Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

• Strong Salesforce.com skills, preferably with Lightning. CPQ experience is helpful.

• Highly motivated individual with the ability to influence and move opportunities to closure.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-transaction sales environment.

• Affinity with IT, Enterprise Support, Customer Experience, Renewal Business

• Familiarity with Nvidia technology ideally, but general computing/IT is ok

• Work with financial institutions and their technology ecosystem in leveraging NVIDIA's advanced technologies

• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective ideation, research and developing solution prototypes, followed by a successful deployment.

• Work closely with product management, engineering, applied research and sales teams to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hardware technologies to continually improve and innovate NVIDIA's software and data center solutions.

What we need to see:

• BS/MS/PhD degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related technical field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and accelerated technologies.

• Background working within Financial Services firms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage the HCLS AI Startup Community in the UK, France, and the Nordics - Build and scale programs that connect regional HCLS startups to NVIDIA technologies, building from NVIDIA’s Inception programs, regional hubs, accelerators, and events efficiently at scale.

• Engage regional Venture Capital firms and funding entities at scale - Extend NVIDIA programs to regional VCs and other HCLS AI investors, engaging them to scale and accelerate adoption of NVIDIA technology to startups.

• Drive Regional Strategy, Execution, and Operational Excellence - Develop and execute regional strategies; define and track operational metrics to continuously improve startup and VC engagement at scale.

• Act as Regional Interface and SME - Serve as NVIDIA’s subject matter expert and main interface for the HCLS startup ecosystem in the UK, France and the Nordics, surfacing feedback and ensuring alignment with global teams.

• Ability to navigate fast-moving startup ecosystems, understands how to engage the HCLS startup community in the UK, France, and Nordic regions, including VCs and accelerators, and brings the creativity and intensity to lead teams, engage founders, and scale developer impact across the region.

• 12 years + of experience in developing and delivering startup engagement programs at scale, developer relations, business development, or startup ecosystems

• Bachelors in a related degree of equivalent experience.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a leading University, Master’s/MBA or meaningful experience.

• 10+ years or significant work experience, with the energy vertical.

• 2+ years of leadership experience

• Quantify the market opportunity, craft a strategy, define initiatives and outcomes, and orchestrate resources to achieve those outcomes. You must have the ability to analyze and segment market opportunities and develop strategic business plans around them

• Deep knowledge of energy industry business development, and driving adoption and growth of a technology-based solutions both in the space of HPC and AI

• Work with diverse partners across both NVIDIA internal teams and our external partner ecosystem to drive the execution of online and in-person hackathons, bootcamps, and community.

• Act as a trusted advisor to guide partners through the hackathon and bootcamp event planning process, including goal definition, timelines and requirements, communications, and event support.

• Lead all planning meetings from start to finish to keep all partners engaged and aligned.

• Responsible for facilitating application, registration, and notification processes for each event.

• Provide event support to moderate, manage online tools, and drive logistics for in-person events when needed.

• Responsible for data collection, management, reporting.
