• A valid working visa, permanent residency or citizenship in Singapore.
• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in a large, matrixed multinational company.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English to draft letters, emails and meeting notes.
• Highly proficient in Coupa, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel applications.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will manage administrative and operational matters, including onboarding new hires, preparing business presentation reports and organization charts, maintaining office supplies inventory, creating and resolving POs, and supporting business travel arrangements, meeting requirements, expense claims, and ad-hoc project and event management.

• Execute end-to-end event management for the leadership team, including planning, liaising with vendors, invites, set-up, live support, payment matters, and post-action review.
• Support 5 functional leaders with business travel arrangements, meeting and room requirements, and expense claims.
• Manage functional email distribution lists and assist with ad-hoc projects and event management.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional admin team on daily operational matters or ad-hoc projects for the SEA&I business.

• Strong understanding of design, permitting and construction processes and contracts.

• Effective communicator with experience managing stakeholder expectations and vendor teams.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Lead, GPS Capital Program Coordination, you will oversee all aspects of projects on behalf of Nike. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering collaboration among all stakeholders.

To that end, you'll,

• Act as Nike’s representative, ensuring program alignment with strategic goals and vision.

• Develop and manage stakeholder communication, while collaborating with transition management and Nike's leaders.

• Develop strategies for program execution, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.

• Oversee multiple projects, focusing on high-level planning, risk management, and business objectives.

• Ensure all projects within the program adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Nike’s standards and policies.

• Support the procurement process, manage budgets and reporting to finance partners, and collaborate with legal on contracts while safeguarding project goals.

• Manage scope changes across projects to minimize disruptions while maintaining alignment with Nike’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, ensuring visual, brand, merchandising and operational “door to floor” standards are consistently executed.
• Communicate and Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals to your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee onboarding and continuous training to drive Employee Engagement and ensure all team members integrate well into Nike’s team culture, and achieve service and operational standards.
• Use business insights and possess commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team development sessions using Nike’s “Performance Excellence” framework.
• Manage stock operations, including deliveries, audits, and cycle counts, in line with Nike HQ policies.
• Act as the key liaison between the store, Nike HQ, and Territory partners, sharing updates on product, promotions, operations, and policy changes.
