Primary Responsibilities:

  • Owning the development and delivery of enterprise business development strategy positioning Juniper’s Vision, Strategy and Architecture.
  • Identifying key metrics for success in expanding enterprise business.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and use Sales Force tools (SFDC) to accurately record and measure the success of the strategy against these targets.
  • Working constructively and collaboratively with all key stakeholders to support business development strategy.
  • This role is a remote role, travel within the region is required.

Candidate Background:

  • More than 10 years’ experience selling within the IT sector with proven sales achievement exceeding objectives
  • Experience working with enterprise customers is critical.
  • Broad-based technological awareness in the networking industry, complemented by knowledge of data networking concepts.
  • Proven ability to engage and negotiate with senior decision makers.

Personal Characteristics:

  • High energy level, dynamic personality and action oriented,
  • Maintains open and honest communication, is well-organized and is strong in follow through
  • Results oriented/driven, capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Independent yet a team player dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Outstanding communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • Good relationship building and consultative skills

Minimum Salary: $215,040.00

Maximum Salary:$309,120.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $215,040.00 and $309,120.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

ELIGIBILITY TO WORK AND E-VERIFY

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
