Collaborate with Experience Leads to design and refine product experiences.
Work with UX Researchers and Lead Designers to conduct user research and usability testing.
Engage in ideation and prototyping to develop innovative solutions that meet requirements.
Create diagrams of product interactivity, including user flows and wireframes.
Develop detailed designs using our Design System.
Integrate Accessibility and Inclusive Design practices.
Present and explain design decisions to Design Leads and the Product Team.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant design discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, HCI, User Experience Design) in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Engineering, Communications, etc.)
Expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026.
Digital portfolio demonstrating the ability to think from the perspective of the user, including the ability to communicate the following stages for Experience Design, Experience Research: Problem, Ideation, Testing, Solution, Impact and Reflection
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Familiarity with user-centered design approaches.
Proficiency in Interaction Design and Visual/UI Design or Information Architecture.
Experience with user-centered design practices.
Developing skills in User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.

As a Sales Success Credit Support Manager within the Sales Success Credit Support team, you will lead the team in supporting GCB Payments Sales. You will develop and maintain subject matter expertise of Payments products and their associated credit facilities, collaborate with stakeholders on projects, and manage exception reporting and feedback. Your role will involve creating process models, specifications, and management presentations, while ensuring clear communication and partnership with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

As a Credit Risk Associate in the Asset Based Lending Group of the Commercial and Investment Bank, your responsibility will be to: i.) support in the management of a portfolio of Global Corporate Banking (”GCB”) and Investment Bank (“IB”) clients that have Asset Based loans and ii.) support in the independent analysis and review of credit exposure for new and existing ABL clients, in a second chair capacity until such time that the Associate demonstrates ability to work as the primary ABL credit contact. ABL Credit Risk professionals lead the ABL client credit relationship along with GCB and IB Bankers who manage the overall relationship, as well as partnering closely with the IB credit team and ABL Originations/Syndications. The role involves extensive interaction with clients, product and functional partners, internal and external legal counsel, lenders, and investors.
