Your role will involve collaborating with Product, HR Global Ops, and Technology teams to provide requirements and process flows, review system designs. You will also partner with QA to identify test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing. In addition, you will oversee the conversion efforts for the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), ensuring seamless integration and an exceptional and engaging employee experience.
