  • Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy
  • Work both independently and in a team environment
  • Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of customer interaction or customer support experience required, either by phone or face-to-face
  • 1+ years computer experience, utilizing multiple computer applications in a Windows-based environment
  • Ability to multitask using a computer and simultaneously provide customer support
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience working in a Hospitality, Restaurant or Retail industry
  • Have a passion for helping people by solving problems, presenting, and explaining solutions
  • Branch experience

Monday - Friday hours vary schedule will fall between 10:00am - 9:00pm

As an Account Specialist II in Teller Recon Services, you will take approximately 30-45 inbound calls a day frombranches, commercial businesses, and customers regarding unclaimed property


Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a call center environment dedicated to 100% phone-based customer interactions
  • Exhibit outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, ensuring continuous engagement with our customers
  • Take full responsibility for each customer interaction, treating them with respect and responding empathetically
  • Function effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Comply with all relevant regulatory standards and departmental practices and procedures
  • Employ problem-solving abilities to efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Navigate multiple technologies while maintaining active engagement with our customers

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • +2 years of experience in customer interaction or support, either via phone or in-person
  • +2 years of proficiency in using multiple computer applications within a Windows-based environment
  • Prior experience in retail industry. Retail banking experience a plus
  • Strong passion for assisting people by solving problems and effectively presenting and explaining solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in data entry tasks

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hours of operations are between 8am and 9pm EST) Day Shift/Night Shift

This is NOT a hybrid based role. This requires you to work ONSITE.

This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with regular schedule.

As a Transactions Specialist II in the Exception Processing department you will be responsible for processing daily document transactions, each function may have multiple tasks per transaction. These transactions require judgment and experience with limited direct supervision. While receiving clear instruction, you must maintain the highest level of production and accuracy on a daily basis.

Job responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Operation functions centered on the processing of data and documentation

• Provide Confirmation - provides specific account information to third-party requestors that confirm the customer’s bank relationship and verifies deposits or account balances

• Handle deposit Exceptions/Returns, Research, Document Preparation, Handling, Reviewing, and Processing Transactions and Remittances

• Perform root cause analyses on new / recurring issues or control gaps

• Communicate with Business Partners to facilitate resolution of outstanding cases/issues

• Determine routine decisions and course of action

• Be able to evaluate and analyze data from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment

• Adapt to changing needs & deadlines and remain calm when under pressure

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

• Strong control and quality management skills; Analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail

• Able to drive results through a "hands-on" approach

• Able to work with time critical deliveries

• Able to respond to a changing environment

As a Client Service Associate within the Commercial Bank, you will resolve client requests while working in partnership with Service Operations, Sales partners, and Bankers located in the United States and across the globe.

Client Service Associates are a trusted member of the client’s team and deeply connected to deliver the growth and success for an assigned portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for each client assigned to your portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead your assigned book of clients autonomously by delivering solutions and upholding JP Morgan Chase standards and operating principles
  • Develop long term client relationships
  • Proactively work to determine service improvements and solicit client input and feedback to drive client satisfaction
  • Conduct annual relationship reviews with clients to identify potential customer-level fraud exposure and recommend appropriate products to mitigate risk or provide other efficiencies
  • Proactively discuss client trends/issues with internal partners to further customize solutions for clients
  • Actively participate in deal team meetings as new products and services are added to clients
  • Influence internal partners to recommend products and services based on knowledge of client behaviors
  • Learn and understand existing and upcoming technologies to support client consultation and requests
  • Identify opportunities for use of digital tools to offer self-service solutions with a high degree of success
  • Solicit feedback on product and service offerings in an effort to continuously adapt to the ever-changing commercial banking landscape

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
