As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Survey Platforms Configuration & Implementation Employee Experience Technology team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
• Become an expert on our industry leading Survey Platform products (Qualtrics and Survey Monkey)
• Serve as a technical liaison between our central team and our customers, understanding their business goals and technical needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
• Ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot complex systems and applications which will highlight your ability to navigate within our dynamic product organization
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and independently to provide scalable solutions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Preferred Experience in client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Technical Business Analyst Consultant, or similar with a focus on delivering solutions to customers. Experience managing customer expectations and deliverables through effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience and interest in technical domains such as CRMs, SaaS Application Management, and APIs is a plus.

• Experience building SaaS products for businesses, with a strong track record of success; experience in designing/building solutions with modern technology stacks including APIs, microservices, public cloud, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence and partner across cross-functional teams; as well as strong verbal/presentation and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Payment domain knowledge with merchant service ecosystem, card payment experience and Canadian payment landscape would be a preferred option.
• MBA degree would be a preferred choice.

Job responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products (Payables - ACH, Check, Wire, Interac and Receivables) and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
• Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
• Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
• Represents the firm at industry conferences, internal client and peer events, attending client roundtables, strategy white-boarding, workshops as required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
• 5+ years of cash management, sales and relationship experience
• Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
• Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
• Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products and pricing strategy
• Strong executive level presentation skills, including ability to consult and sell at the C-level
• Proficient writing and analytical skills to support RFP responses, presentation content and ROI analysis development
• Extensive payments industry knowledge, technical expertise, and consultative experience to support complex solutioning and design sessions with clients and prospects

• Leads the expansion of the proprietary Chase Point of Sale (CPOS) system in Canada to grow the SMB line of business
• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Proactively monitors the market and competitive landscape to lead the positioning of CPOS as the go-to platform for SMBs in Canada
• Awareness of changing regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure the CPOS ecosystem makes proactive changes on behalf of the merchant

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Expertise in the Canadian Point of Sale (POS) domain across hardware, software, payment processing, and Canadian specific regulations and best practices
• Successfully launched POS solutions across multiple provinces and territories in Canada
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
