Job responsibilities:

• Define the vision and strategy for the product line
• Conceptualize and create platforms and products from 0-1, including driving build and scale
• Lead and develop a team of product managers; foster an environment of motivation and collaboration
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and regularly communicate updates on the product strategy, progress and performance
• Partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead product development efforts
• Define features and communicate requirements to engineering in clearly written documentation
• Monitor against goals, identify and scope implementation paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when needed
• Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritization
• Manage prioritization, requirement intakes, quarterly and yearly planning with cross-domain stakeholders and peers
• Collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment (e.g., Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance)

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• 10+ years of experience in financial services and product management
• Experience in online payments including digital wallets and money movement
• Experience driving change within large, highly matrixed organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
• Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build scalable platforms
• Ability to think strategically while still being comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of managing risk and controls
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable field of study
• Candidates with Fintech background or payment platform experience shall be preferred

The product control function provides support to the financial controllers and trading desks, ensuring that the P&L, balance sheet, and month end close procedures are done correctly and accurately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes
• Produce, consolidate and analyze daily, monthly and yearly P&L information
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
• Partner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives
• Drive coordination across various front & back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner
• Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
• Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background highly preferred (2+ years)
• Experience doing P&L and month end close process
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and detail oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Team player

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Objective: As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for translating technical information into business-friendly communications. You will work closely with business and technical partners to ensure accurate and timely updates throughout the incident lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage communications for crisis-level events from start to finish, including assessing impacts and communicating updates to internal and external clients.
• Engage in a variety of ad-hoc duties advocating on behalf of the client experience.
• Draft and disseminate timely, consistent, and meaningful updates on major incidents, including impacts, mitigation, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Technology Operations and Application teams on large-scale, complex issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for digesting technical information and communicating it to internal business partners.
• Produce field-facing impact lists to support communication efforts related to prioritized issue reporting requirements.
• Demonstrate discretion and high integrity in managing sensitive issues and consumer data.
• Manage and prioritize different work-streams and projects that may span several months.
• Rotational on-call availability based on team needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• Experience collaborating and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams and lines of business.
• Strong judgment and independent decision-making ability, comfortable with evolving situations to meet critical timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suit applications.
• 3+ years of client interaction experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Merchant Services industry, products, and services is a plus.
