LDM is an internal organization within the firm’s Litigation Department that supports and facilitates the legal discovery process, including the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of information relevant to litigation matters, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations. As a Legal Holds and Discovery Strategy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative eDiscovery professionals across a wide variety of disciplines in a dynamic environment. You will perform custodial and/or data source research and identification, along with the preservation and disposition of data within pre-defined Service Level Agreements and turnaround times. In addition, you will facilitate responses to attorney questions and requests regarding litigation, HR, and regulatory matters. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader goals and initiatives across the eDiscovery spectrum in an effort to continuously develop, update and improve our eDiscovery program.
