1. Responsible for mechanical maintenance of various production equipment;

3. Be responsible for the spare parts and cost budget execution or outsourcing requirements needed for the daily maintenance or repair of equipment within the jurisdiction, and reduce maintenance costs.
4. Develop plans for adjusting, modifying, rectifying, and improving equipment and facilities, and analyze and calculate the costs of rectification.
5. Analyze and summarize the causes of equipment failures, and implement improvement plans.
6. Responsible for the on-site management of public facilities (such as air compressors, dryers, etc.) and energy sources (water, electricity, gas, nitrogen, ammonia, etc.), as well as budget preparation and regular calibration.
7. Responsible for the daily management of special equipment, implementation and improvement of maintenance AI, coordination with maintenance team members for deployment, scheduling, and work plan management.
8. Assist in the establishment, promotion, and implementation of a maintenance management system.

1. Process quality control
• Participate in and promote the improvement work of CPK 2.0
• On-site SPC control at key control points; regular process capability monitoring for key projects
• Weekly/monthly quality data statistical analysis, TOP problem improvement and tracking
• Lead/participate in the improvement of internal sudden quality issues.
• Develop a plan to implement product audits and process audits
2. Laboratory management
• Regular measurement system analysis management (measurement type & counting type), external calibration management of measuring tools
• Regular internal calibration management of on-site inspection tools and auxiliary inspection equipment
• On-site inspection tools and auxiliary inspection tools for verifying the effectiveness of class management and control
• Participate in the design of experimental schemes for new projects, as well as the formulation and management of product testing instructions
• Laboratory qualification management recognized by customers (such as GP10)
• Automated measurement and computerized detection data
3. Customer quality and system management;
• Improvement analysis of client-side quality issues and timely output of 8D reports
• Internal/external quality issue list management

Job Summary:
Support quality system implementation to meet customer and internal requirements, and support new businesses/projects to obtain certification for product and management systems. Support businesses in continuous improvement of their QMS performance. Provide training on quality management systems. Participate in international working groups related to quality management systems standards.Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems according to the approved quality manuals. 2. Supporting quality activities required by customers (e.g., PPAPs, audits, surveys). 3. Develop and maintain procedures and work instructions. 4. Provide training on quality topics (e.g., IATF 16949, 8D methodology) 5. Participation in projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 6. Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field. 2-3 years experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems. Experience with automotive industry preferred. Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methods. Good English language skills (reading and writing). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem solving.
