Your responsibilities will be to:

• Lead and support equipment team (Production Maintenance, PM) to ensure equipment running in stable condition.

• Equipment downtime control.

• Lead and support PM team to do troubleshooting when equipment breakdown.

• Lead and support PM team to do TPM activities to ensure that all equipment is in “should be condition”.

• Monitor MTTR and MTBF index.

• Train technicians to achieve new steps to meet operational goals.

• Spare parts/safety spare parts/consumables parts etc. management to ensure that all equipment’s parts are in stock.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in automation or related subjects.

• 10+ years of working experience in the machine industry or related fields (EMS, Automobile and Automation industry is preferred).

• 10+ years of managerial experience.

• Good command of English.

• Systematic thinking mindsets.

• Demonstration/positiveattitude.

• Can work under pressure.
