What you’ll be doing as a Senior Field Marketing Manager:

  • Design and execute diverse marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and achieve pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to align marketing plans with business objectives, integrating corporate programs with local marketing activities to create comprehensive, multi-channel quarterly strategies.
  • Design and manage JFrog-hosted webinars, in-person events, and email campaigns targeting key accounts; select and execute sponsorships for industry events.
  • Collaborate with global campaign teams and sales development stakeholders to support account-based marketing strategies.
  • Enable regional sales and partner teams by producing and localizing digital assets and sales collateral, adapting messaging for different local audiences.
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign outcomes and pipeline health, establishing regular reporting to marketing and sales counterparts.

What you bring to the table:

  • Native Japanese proficiency and fluent English.
  • To be based in Tokyo or Singapore.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B/B2D Demand Generation and/or Field Marketing roles; experience in marketing deep-tech, cybersecurity, and dev-tech products is preferred.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales, channels, and sales development teams to plan and execute pipeline-driving campaigns. Experience in large, distributed organizations is preferred.
  • Proficient in modern marketing tactics and best practices: persona-centric demand generation, marketing automation, pipeline acceleration, and digital funnels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and energetic self-starter with strong initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with senior-level sales and marketing executives.

As a Field CTO ML/AI in JFrog you will...
  • Act as a senior technical advisor and thought leader for our enterprise customers adopting AI/ML solutions within their software supply chain.
  • Champion the JFrog ML vision, helping customers manage, secure, and operationalize ML/AI use cases.
  • Lead executive-level conversations with CTOs, Heads of Data/ML, and security leaders to align on strategy and architecture for trustworthy AI adoption.
  • Guide technical validation and deployment of JFrog’s ML products in customer environments, including integrations with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps platforms, and enterprise governance frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and R&D to deliver feedback loops from the field that influence roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market efforts.
  • Evangelize JFrog’s ML vision externally via industry events, webinars, and customer briefings. helping to shape how enterprises build and secure AI.
  • Mentor solution engineers and technical teams on best practices for integrating AI into DevSecOps and platform engineering workflows.
  • Support lighthouse customers, from pilot to scale, and create repeatable patterns that accelerate ML product adoption across verticals.

Technical Background:

  • 10+ years of experience in machine learning, AI infrastructure, or MLOps. ideally in enterprise environments.
  • Deep familiarity with model lifecycle management, including training, deployment, versioning, and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
  • Experience with ML tooling and platforms like MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
  • Understanding of AI security, compliance (e.g. SOC2, GDPR), and risk mitigation (e.g. model lineage, prompt injection, external model API control).
  • Experience integrating ML/AI into DevSecOps and platform engineering strategies is highly desirable.

Hands-On and Strategic Skills:

  • Travel required - ability to travel at least 30-40%.
  • Proven ability to bridge technical depth with executive presence in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong track record of driving complex POCs and strategic customer projects in AI/ML.
  • Ability to influence product direction through real-world insights and structured feedback.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills. Especially in front of technical and executive audiences.
  • Passion for customer success and a deep belief in secure and responsible AI adoption.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping new categories.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
    Open to remote work for candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance to the Atlanta or New York office.
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $210,000 to $225,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

To be a Strategic Field Architect in JFrog you need...

  • Great interpersonal, team playing, customer service oriented and “can do” attitude
  • Customer-facing experience - Mandatory, with a strong background working with enterprise-level clients, including Fortune 100 companies.
  • Vast solutions architecture experience in DevOps and DevSecOps domains, solving complex enterprise architecture challenges.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI Server (Jenkins, ADO), git, Artifactory, Build tools (maven, gradle, npm, docker etc.)
  • Ability to build software pipelines such as docker, npm, Java, pypi with various DevOps tools
  • Hands-on experience in Linux - Mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP - 3+ years, mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with programming - Java, Python - Mandatory
  • Experience with software development in scale, both on-premise and in the cloud - 5+ years, mandatory
  • Experience with Software Architecture design and product development a plus
  • Proven strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to whiteboard architecture and design effectively.
  • 5 years experience in sales/solutions engineering / technical consulting/ professional services is an advantage
  • Open to travel up to 25% throughout the US
  • Uncompromising will to learn
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in Computer Science/Engineering Major is preferred
