• Take projects from concept to completion, delivering well-documented and tested designs.
• Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and define user needs to establish product requirements.
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Ensure design consistency and scalability through design systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and fellow designers) to define requirements, Translate them into specifications, and ensure successful implementation.
• Clearly communicate design choices, rationale, and specifications to various stakeholders.
• Identify and address design challenges, seeking feedback and considering alternative solutions.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

As an accounting intern with a focus on Financial Reporting, you’ll be actively engaged in the reconciliation and research of equity, goodwill and intangible accounts, global consolidation, technical transactions, and preparing quarterly financial disclosures and related filings.
